...And so, the intrpid group of agents heads to Mexico City. Using the Bus, the trip takes a few hours so that when you arrive, it is already dark. Still, Mexico City is lit up like a candle in the darkness. The city, never wholly quiet nor safe, has seen its fair share of upheavals and horrors in the time since the Merge. Violent spirits of the Mexica people, the appearance of Eternia's Snake Mountain in the jungles, the Night War, which has overlapped with the seemingly neverending war between the government and the drug cartels...let us just say, the last year has been a bloody one.
But still, the people have not allowed fear to grip their hearts. Stubbornly, they clung to what joys life could offer, weathering through the harshest times. These days, Mexico City has become quite cosmopolitan, with quite a few X-Dees setting up shop in the city, finding work and trying to fit in.
The adress is in one of the poorer areas in town, the door being in a back-alley....and being guarded by two creatures that look like nothing so much as cybernetically modified zombies. Their kin is waxy and their eyes stare ahead without recollection. Heavy weaponry that looks both crude and powerful adorns their arms.

" IDENTIF-F-F-FY YOURSEEEEEEELLLLLFFFF!" The thing brandishes its weapon again, the other following suit. A moment later, however, they shudder and a green scanning beam emanates from the right one's left eye.
For a moment, nothing happens...and then, there is the crackle of a microphone and the voice of the right bot is replaced by a slightly less mechanic - and drunk-sounding voice.
" Huh? DX...DO? Oh..." What follows is a lot of swearing from the sound of it...even though the languages used seem to be a mixture of Latin and binary screeching.
The, the door swings open.
" Come in...not like I have a choice..."
For a moment, nothing happens...and then, there is the crackle of a microphone and the voice of the right bot is replaced by a slightly less mechanic - and drunk-sounding voice.
