//Alright, my bad. Sorry.

While Haru manages to shake off the fear, her rapier fails to penetrate the scaly hide of the monstrous serpent.

//Jericho takes another 4 points of poison damage and is, as you said, Poisonedm for 1 minute.

Jericho's bullet also fails to penetrate as the poison courses through him.

//Jig's turn.

Jig sheet
HP: 46/46 | AC:20 | Pass.Perc:14 | Spells; 1x1st, 1x2nd

Jig knows they have to deal with this thing quickly, the real rattling threat can show up any moment. She presses a series of buttons and repulsor technology tries to lock on to the ophidian and raise it into the air.
Levitation, Con save DC 15. If it fails it raises 20 ft into the air.
Whether the lock establishes or not she's able to gather her wits.

To its surprise, the snake is lifted into the air, writhing and hissing wildly, the rattle shaking so fast it becomes blurry.

In the air, it rears up and, in a desperate attempt, spits out a wad of poisonous spittle at Jig!
Don't think a 12 hits, though....Poison Spit: 1D20+6 = [6]+6 = 12

The dart strikes, eliciting a furious hiss from the giant snake, which is bleeding from several serious wounds now. It's thrashing is becoming less frantic...

Jericho Cantrell
HP-24/39 AC-16 SPELL SLOTS-4/2 INITIATIVE#--6 CND-Poisoned

Jericho could feel the poison running through his system and knew he'd have one decent shot before he had to back off. Laser focusing on the Floating Rattler, his Revolver barked two more times both striking accurately(though one looked like a graze). He shout's to the other's through gritted teeth
"Ennex, grab a crossbow from Jig's Wagon, those Darts just tick it off...Jig, keep it up there long as you can....Haru, you & me are the only one's with Gunpowder gear so we're the firing line.It need's to be dead afore it hits the ground..."
OOC:well, let's see if Coyotecode still want's Jericho dead....
Con save-vs-Poison:3+1=4-- yep, still poisoned! :lol: next turn, i'm loosing an attack to heal myself...
Activate Favored Foe Feature on this thing(for 1 min., Target takes +1d4 extra damage from every hit made)
Ranged Attack(1 of 2): 5+6=11--Don't know if this one hit or not...
Ranged Attack(2 of 2): 6+18=24--I know this one hit it! :D...
Damage from Attacks:4d8(6+4+8+1=20)+2d4(1+2=3)=23(11 if first shot missed)

The first bullet bounces off of the snake's skin, the other penetrating deep, however. Blood spurts from the serpent's maw and it's hissing grows weak...it's life is now hanging by a thread...

Jig sheet
HP: 46/46 | AC:15[currently] | Pass.Perc:14 | Spells; 1 of 2x1st, 1 of 2x2nd
[Studded Leather, infiltrator configuration, +5' movement, advantage Stealth, 1d6+int lightning ranged weapon, 1/turn extra d6 of lightning.]

Standard:
attack: 1D20+7 = [20]+7 = 27

attack 2: 1D20+7 = [2]+7 = 9

damage first attack:
Since crit, all damage dies double, given this shot the extra 1d6 lightning from gauntlets as well.
base lightning, extra damage: 2D6+4 = [1, 4]+4 = 9
2D6 = [4, 4] = 8

17 total
mistakenly rolled in hunter's mark damage on coyote code, wouldn't have that as it dropped when she started concentrating on Levitation, removed it from my post. The above total is correct.

If it seems dead she'll bring it down. She'll take time to put her cooking skills to use gutting and skinning the thing expertly cutting out poison glands and setting those aside, and cutting around Jericho's shot. (She'll return any darts still stuck in it to Ennex).
She'll set the meat to marinade in the rest of the salad dressing they had at dinner. The snake should make a mighty fine breakfast in the morning.

The snake shudders and, with a final sighing hiss, collapses in Jig's telekinetic grip, very much dead....

Jericho Cantrell
HP-36/39 AC-16 SPELL SLOTS-4/1

Slowly sitting down on a rock cropping, the ex-Lawman will mutter as he starts bleeding the poison out & patching himself up(he'll clean and reload his Revolver afterward)
"why is alway ME the durn Rattler's come after?!....."
OOC: I'll cast Cure Wounds at 2nd level. I'll get the spell and the rest of my HP back by morning....
Cure Wounds(Level 2):5+4+3=12

"'There is Pleasure in the pathless woods, Rapture in the lonely shore, there is Society where non intrudes, by the deep sea and Music in it's roar; I love not Man the less, but Nature more.'Poet by the name of Lord Byron wrote that. A teacher o'mine name of Tom Sunday loved to quote the man.(grin's lightly at Haru) Sometimes i can even see why. Goodnight Haru-chan..."

And the rest of the night passes peacefully, with only the wind passing by your campsite. The morning arrives with gentle warmth and the promise of clear skies...
