"What does that mean for us?," Anna asked quietly. "And what does it mean with them having Terminator-ed our Xandarian guest? Does that mean they have one piece of the map, and they need the others? Are our guests the only ones who are carrying this little secret? Are there others?"

" There are others, yes", the officer says, " and it seems we have failed in protecting one of them at least. As it stands, they have not just one piece of this genetic map but at least six. We have reason to believe that these three remaining individuals would provide enough pieces to extrapolate the location of the Traveller...or at least the location of the remaining pieces."

" If you have immense computing power", Stark chimes in. " Even my tech is not as powerful. It would take FRIDAY more than 11,000 years to finish such a calculation."

" They have quantum computers the size of planets", the Henry Cavill-lookalike says. " and the resources to make more."

"Would the Cybertronians be able to help? The Autobots at least I know are probably not too keen to make alliances with this Singularity group."

" They might be", Douglas says, " but on their own, they, too, do not have the resources. We would need the intel the Singularity Alliance has gathered and computed this far. Otherwise, they will constantly be two, three steps ahead of us."

Ryou was seriously hoping these adults didn't expect a bunch of teens to be doing that. Surely they had something else in mind? He glanced uneasily at M'Att, trying his best to convey his thoughts without telepathy.

"If science is too clunky for you, why not try magic or mad science?" she asked. "You aren't thinking outside of the box they put you in." she waved her hand to encompass the entire world and beyond. "We aren't limited to just one avenue now. We should use them."

"Also remember, even people you might consider to be villains could be allies under the circumstances we face now. After all, nobody can rule burning cinders of planets and this Singularity group sounds like the type to squish everyone that isn't them, regardless of what side of the coin they're on." she noted. "It isn't quite hopeless yet."

"Just pointing out the obvious. Adults can get a bad case of tunnel vision sometimes." she made a face at the telepath and projected an image of said adults knocking around in a tunnel with a light rapidly approaching them in the distance, not realizing that they had head-lamps on and there were plenty of unlocked doors on either side to escape from at the other girl as a joke.

It was perfectly clear Helena had a poor opinion of how said adults had handled the situation they were in. She also wasn't hiding that thought at all, so anyone with a mind to, could read it.

" If you're done with the exposition", Stark mutters, " I could chime in for a moment? Thanks. I am done analyzing the salvage and it has a certain somewhat unique EM emanation. I could send the data to my satellites and if there are more T-800 units on Earth, I should be able to scan for them."

M'Att caught the look, and shrugged slightly. Up until about two minutes ago, he had felt completely assured that his ruse as the Manhunter had gotten them much needed authority and in turn information. But now he felt completely lost. Again. But Ryou's unspoken thoughts were clear to him - what could they do?

Relieved when Stark speaks up, M'Att seizes the opportunity to steer the conversation away from Helena's displeasure with the way things had been handled. He was beginning to think they still didn't have the whole picture. That somehow, this whole thing had been a test of sorts to determine if this particular group could gel in a way that adults could not...

"Thank you Mr Stark." He says. "I'm not particularly hopeful, given the source material, but do you think we might be able to use this to track down the targets that were initially copied here at the embassy? If there's the slightest chance that they could be saved, I think it's worth investigating.

"And as it's already been proven, we can handle ourselves well."

The girl nodded. "Even if they're dead, they can always be brought back as constructs of some sort." she smiled brightly. "My town has many such beings. Although the bodies will be needed." she said blithely, not realizing how that would sound to somebody who wasn't a New Mechanisburger or from Latveria.

M'Att glances at CJ, "And people say I talk too much." He mentally conveys, a look toward Ryou conveying a similar thought without words.

M'Att, despite his normal optimism, wasn't too hopeful they could find any of the replaced people...

" Let us hope we do not have to resort to any kind of necromancy first, alright?" Stark says. " But yes, we do hope to find not only other Terminators hiding on Earth but also possibly the facility that serves as their headquarters. If the copied persons are still alive, they would be there."
