The Encephalon was jammed by a strong enough signal. A signal of similar strength would be sufficient. Make a Computer check.

Right now I am seeing three potential options for using the signal to jam 0101's implant:

1.) via an Encephalon the way Mr. Mystery interacted with the TEGS ship.
2.) Power Stunting Datalink as Imperious initially had. Though this would open Imperious to psychic attack if he did so now.
3.) Use this ship's systems.

… is that accurate?

All three are completely valid options, yes.

More questions!

Are any of the Arcaninauts in the medlab obvious the one that creates edible food? Is a Life Science check needed to figure that out?

Imperious intends to kill all of the Arcaninauts except the food creator. Can't afford to spend recourses and man power containing them. They're also too dangrious to risk their escape. Do you want me to roll for all of those executions?

Make a Medicine check! X-Ray is necessary...

Imperious does not have Medicine. Would Knowledge: Life Sciences work? It covers biology, botany, genetics, medicine, and forensics.

Do you want rolls for Imperious to kill off the Arcaninauts, aside from the food producer?

Also, would it be possible to jam both Mr. Mystery's implant and 0101's, at the same time, via the transmission from the plague ship,?

1.Not needed. It’s not like they can fight back.
2.Yes. The DC’ll be higher, though.

Good story. To be honest, I half expected Imperious to get into a fight with the Tempestineers at some point during the story arc. It is good that didn't happen though. Rustdeity needs people like this working together.

If we're doing a time skip, at some point Imperious needs to deal with those xenogeny parasite larvae before they get deadly. Something that can possibly be done off screen.

With the taste of the Datasphere I got from this chapter, Ang's mentorship, and Imperious' pledge to assist in unshackling Ang … I get the feeling that the Datasphere will play a prominent role going forward. Which is cool. I like that tech analogue to a spirit realm aspect. It meshes well with Lucas' theme as a character. Do you want the Encephalon that Imperious received from Mickey (she might get a replacement now too!) to be added to the character's build? If so, how would you like that to be statted out? Or is it a "free" plot device?

Here you go:
Datasphere Encephalon: Equipment 1.
Powers:
Datasphere Dual Existence: Super-Movement 2 (dimensional movement 1 [the Datasphere]; Extras: Affects Objects; Flaws: Limited [co-exists in each dimension simultaneously], temporal movement 1 [historical simulations of the pre-Catastrophe Rustdeity’s military actions ONLY]; Extras: Affects Objects; Flaws: Limited [no actual time travel actually occurs]). [4pp.]
Sense the Gates and Follow the Waters: Super-Senses 1 (detect Door leading from the Datasphere 5o the Godmesh). [1pp.]
—-/>_-This is a completed Datasphere Encephalon Equipment build.

Thank you.

I added the Datasphere Encephalon to Imperious' sheet. That used up 1 PP. Think I'll hold onto the other 2 PP for a bit and see if anything happens/is earned through play that would require a PP investiture.

Filled out the points in Super-Senses under the Flight/Utility array (+1 Extended Micoscopic Vision and X-Ray Vision).

Gave Imperious a picture, quote, and theme song. If those interest you.

Awesome song! I love Skillet. I’m not really all that fond of ‘religious’ bands, but dang can Skillet put out some good tunes.

I was teetering between Battle Cry and Carlous Rex by Sabaton. In the end I felt Carolus Rex was a bit too much about personal glorification, and not suggestive enough of a leader that wants to uplift his people.
