Just in case you're like me and forget these things, apaprently we're on the first floor and only a little ways from the front desk.

I honestly don't know where my mind goes sometimes. For some reason I have the (incorrect) image of us on the third floor of a redbrick building, in the middle of a cold and slightly misty night.

Ichigorno seems intent on having Eric stay put. Everyone else, though? Cheyenne is buying you time, but whatever you use this time for is up to you. These agents don't seem like they can just be scared off so easily, they're going to try and come inside somehow.

Keep in mind, you already have the papers and evidence recovered from Claire's secret stash. While there could be something else present, you've already gained valuble information from the location.

Is there potentially another way out of the apartment, with Cheyenne and the agents blocking the front door?

Are these guys from a different agency than Michael, or could he apply some official mojo to deal with them?

Since Jenny is currently in the bedroom- is there a bathroom off the bedroom directly, or would she need to step back out into the living room first? Or is there a dressing table/vanity mirror in the bedroom? (She would be looking for a hairbrush, to snag a few hairs for a tracking spell)

Unless there is an easy and obvious way out besides the front door, Jenny is content to stay put.
