-Dodge DC 17 1d20+6= 15 (again, forgot Evasion, so 17)
-Toughness DC 22 1d20+6= 14 (Does making the Dodge remove this, or just half the DC?)

Evasion is pretty well spelled out. It does not apply to the toughness roll.
