If Iona thought subtlety were an option at this point, then she'd be all for it.

Right now it looks like whoever can give their opponent the biggest "bloody nose" is gonna win the day.

One of them is.

The driver and gunner for the Chase Vehicle are confiscating a car, since Iona disabled their original vehicle. That car is 1000 feet away.

You would hit the Drone, a three civilian cars, some pedestrian on the sidewalk, and occupied buildings.

Ok, then that action is not worth it if I'm only gonna block one car. I'll try to get my post up soon.

MacynSnow, what is Duncan up to during all of this? Even if you are repeating the same action, mechanically, you can post something. Duncan is not an inanimate lump. How is he reacting to events around him? Is he trying to to help John navigate? How does he feel about heading deeper into the Ward, as opposed to leaving it? That's what it looks like John intends to do. Things were not supposed to turn out like this. Is he regretting helping these people? These are things you can inject into an IC post.

I will aim to get an IC post this afternoon or evening.

Ok, I removed Iona's last HP. She is one bad roll away from botching a Damage Check. John's post is up as well.

Trying to think up something Diego could do to aid the escape, but coming up at a loss so far. I have Friday off mostly so an idea might come to me with a rested brain.

Diego can't keep up with vehicles. John's lack of training in driving a motorcycle means he is not going to be able to elude pursuit if he relies solely on his ability to drive. Iona is drawing a lot of attention. The longer this goes on, the more foes Stronghold will bring to bear.

MrDent, make an Expertise Military check, before your next your turn.

Iona, make a Science check, before your next turn.

Duncan, make an Intellect, check before your next turn.

Yep the longer the chase goes on the less ways I can see this working out. I've had crazier ideas come to mind though.

26

Getting the roll here because I won't be home from office until rather late.

I just added the rolls Sakuro requested to both Iona's and John's last posts.

John got an 8 on his Intellect roll.

Iona got a 31 on her Expertise: Science roll.

Ive been thinking the same thing you mentions for Iona, but held back saying it to avoid metagaming.

She has already gone loud. No reason not to at that point.

Yep, same as Duncan. Null won't be happy, but already thinking of ways for the ascendent of deception to spin it.
