Yeah, I'm really overthinking the entire NDA. Lawyers are sneaky people that like to lay traps for the unsuspecting. They are more like octopi than sharks.

What could they ask her to do that would require an NDA?
What would the NDA prevent her from doing? For who? Will this hurt Elephanteen?
Can they even enforce the NDA? If so, what would they be willing to do to make sure that she is silenced?

Would Liz even consider such things?

Basically, in a world of secret identities and super powers, the secrecy is often to protect people. This is one of those cases. Javier is one of the good guys. Basically, he wants to get Elephanteen into a private school for young parahumans, rather than sending her to the super-villain prison. But the private school for parahumans, to protect the students, operates in secret. The NDA is to help keep their secrets.

DeusPravus, I'm sorry I keep forgetting to share this idea. If you went with a broad scope and less ranks for the summon, you could come up with all kinds of toyetic ideas- the Shapercycle! The Shaperjet! The Shaperboat! etc.
