She puts her hands on her hips and cocks her head.
Randin's face flushes under his helmet as the drowess speaks. But it doesn't dull his reflexes. Rand quickly interposes himself so Kobra doesn't see whatever map Kal'Anna brings up.

"Until we drop the prisoner off we should refrain from discussing our future plans or location." Rand says, tersely but not unkindly or with hostility.

"And if you're going to do something with Kobra you should get to; Dropoff shouldn't be too long now."

Listening to the drow, Lindsey frowned. " You mean you had no memories of your previous life? Your previous...universe? That's strange. I thought people crossed over pretty much intact when the Merge happened."
"Heck, around Manticore several entire star systems crossed over pretty much intact, wormhole junction and all. And more people than live on Earth in this time." Shannon mentioned.

"It'd depend on what she ran into. I mean during the first few months, you gotta admit it was down right crazy here on earth. Out there," she waved her hands up. "It was probably even worse." she looked at the extra-terrestrials for confirmation. "So anything could have happened."

"I've also run into a couple of people who got the memories of people from different universes, but not the powers. My family and I are mixed in that. I know my brother gets memory flashes along with the Force. Me and my sister just have the powers as far as I know. At least, she's never said anything about having memory issues. I know I don't, or at least they haven't cropped up yet. I dunno about my baby brother, but when I left, he was floating his toys in his crib and the local Abra and Alakazam were doing the happy dance over it." she grinned ruefully. "At least my parents have some solid help, he was a handful without the Force added to it."

Kar'Anna Maraneth
Condition: Normal
HP: 1

In response to Rand, Kar'Anna gives him an odd look like she doesn't quite get his point at hiding the location. Didn't they just get that intelligence from Kobra himself?

"I have memories, they just don't make any sense. So as I said, I modeled myself on expectations and an unhealthy dose of Kal'annar."

She looks at Amy,

"Nah, you did your part. I'll deal with this fool." She turns around and walks over to him,

"Hi." She says amiably, "Couldn't help but notice. Your will is stronger than I expected. Kudos. But now I'm curious as to what you're hiding. And more specifically... who... Tell me?"

Lust, apparently, is a good substitute for Will.

Kobra reveals nothing else to the Drowess.

Rand gives a small start. Was the girl talking about him?

He may have zoned out... He may have been listening to the Drow's sultry tones... He may have...

Rand stands up straighter as if he was just shifting to work out... er... to get blood flo... er... to stop stif... er... because changing position was good, darnit.

He doesn't say anything.

"Why? I'm having zero success." She shoots back, hoping that Amy is waiting for a response.

Turning away from the prisoner, she looks at Amy with a look that the younger woman probably recognizes.

"Be ready to read his surface thoughts." She says mentally, before drawing the sword on her back.*

Twisting it in the air as if testing it, she spins on her heels and plunges it into the seat next to Kobra's head.

"Tell me what I want to know. What are you hiding !?!" She says in a voice Batman would be proud of, all traces of the sultry seductress gone, replaced by something from a nightmare.

The girl opens her mind once again and delves in Kobra's mind, being careful.

Kobra does his best to remain tough, but the sword impacts the seat less than an inch from his face. He rambles out a bunch of names.

"El Rey! At's where we meet! Curus is gonna kill me! Then Athens is gonna bring me back so he can kill me again!"

In response to the man's blubbering and ramblings, Amy gets clear images.

The first is of what is likely a casino or club of some kind. Amy sees a blue-skinned woman with tails instead of hair who seems to be in charge or is at least the hostess. Despite his terror, Kobra's fixation with all things attractive gives Amy an unhealthy clarity on the woman's form as well as a secondary image of a green skinned humanoid with black hair who stands behind her. The latter is a servant of some kind judging by the scant attire.

When he declares that Athens will bring him back only to kill him again, Amy gets an image of a younger Oded Fehr. You could swear that Fehr's eyes are glowing.

He is clearly terrified of both of these beings.

"Why?" The girl asks. "Why are they going to kill you? Who are they?"

Amy chuckled mentally at Kar-Anna. "You didn't fail. Human men are just weird in how they react, that's all." she considered. "And very basic at that for the most part anyway."

The sword strike made Rand start. He's sure his brothers wouldn't have been caught flat-footed by the manuever, but the dark woman was in motion and sinking the blade in before he could intervene. It didn't help that his initial instincts were blaster fire in a confined ship. There were so many things he could berate himself on. The whole exchange happened and Rand didn't even twitch. Maybe it'd seem like it was more of a planned thing, like he spotted that she wasn't about to kill their prisoner and chose to coolly be unimpressed, sure, that could've happened, not like she caught the Mandalorian mercenary with his proverbial pants down.

Rand just shrugs at nothing in particular, trying to look nonplussed at either the sword maneuver or the pipsqueak's follow up questioning.

"Answer and we won't tell no one how the Kobra Komander, implacable foe of the G.I.Joes just whizzed himself a little."

Still soiling himself - metaphorically you hope - Kobra fails to realize that Rand is mixing up his popular culture. Not surprising really, with all the realities to keep track of, only nerds and Wikipedia really have a chance of keeping up most days.

Neither of the names - Curus or Athens - means anything to Rand at first. But the description (assuming its relayed by the telepath) of the blue skinned woman sounds like a Twi'Lek. Amy would likely identify the green-skinned woman as a so-called Orion Slave Girl if she followed Star Trek at all. When described, Kar'Anna (and Kal'annar if he was still here) would immediately think Go'auld, even if the name Athens and the face don't mean anything to them outright. Maybe Atlantis can help there.

Lindsey probably feels a little disconcerted - after all, he's essentially watching himself fall prey to an intimidation tactic right on the heels of a seduction attempt.

Atlantis is coming up on the viewscreen, Sheppard will be meeting you as you dock.

"That was fast." he says as he greets you (this can be either on the docking bay or via commlink if you still want to discuss anything else before landing).
