Might want to get back to the fertile circles, defending is easier there.

Would be out of range to use my spear, if I went back further however.
Am I dead? Am I alive? The answer may surprise you!

What do the bandits with red dots on Roll20 indicate?

Ones with shortbows.

That would put us in a dragged-out stand-off position with the bandits. Doable but not sure it's ideal.

If Ericka asked, do you think Moira could have her bears come around from the sides, maybe try to 'herd' the bandits into a more central location? It might be a good idea for me to Recover this turn, as I would't want to be without AT after they realize what she can do.
Perhaps, I was having a different idea involving bear suicide bombers; though we should probably talk about this in character.

Gunmetal, What does being behind cover mean with regards to ranged weapons? I can't seem to find rules for it in the book.

Amusingly I also had similar thoughts, like the bears carrying the spears in their mouths and chasing them down.

Well, it wouldn't be a prolonged chase. Someone adjacent would have to activate the self-destruct and then the bears can grab and run. They blow up where ever they end their movement and the enemy still has a round to get away.

I'd call it attacking with disadvantage unless you make a targetted shot, assming they are not 100% behind something. A lot of things in this game are kind of discretionary.

There's a part of me that wants to see if I can convince the GM that shooting the bandit leader dead would give advantage on the intimidate check.
Not because I need it, but because rolling 7 out of 8 successes is just funny ;~)

I'll get a post sorted tonight in a few hours.

But GDI on 5 successes attempting to shout them down. Jeezus. They outnumber you greatly xD

Hey now, it's 6 successes due to Moira. ;)

Well there's nineteen of them, and with the bears there's like sixteen of us. :D

But, yeah, I figured asking for a surrender was crazy, but asking them to just buzz off might be more appealing than a nearly fair fight.

True, factoring in the sudden appearance of bears, it does even the odds somewhat, and you argue a very compelling point on the matter.

Also, sorry for the lateness. I actually got kinda caught up in that I have tomorrow off, I forgot to actually do the post. My bad. I'll have something in a moment.
