Another Hostess ad villain, this thing has no official name, as far as I can tell. The design is strange, too. It's a robot (apparently, since it says it was programmed to destroy), that seems to have been disguised as a building? Odd. In any case, it's pretty much just your everyday generic Kill-O-Bot. The first of 70s-80s Thing's punches had no effect on it (until he got serious), so it's decently tough.

Well, after showing him, I guess I couldn't leave him un-statted! I gave him an Intimidation score because...well, do I really need to explain that after seeing him? But yeah, he's not a fighter. Though, someone once statted him elsewhere and he pretty much curbstomped a lot of people, somehow. For that version, bump him up to PL 10.
Ugh my eyes!! I can't unsee it!! His intimidation should be as high as Batmans.

Here's the main character of the obscure arcade games Gladiator and Blandia.
He's pretty much a standard weapon-based fighting game build, with one exception - The armor most Blandia fighters wear can be disarmed/destroyed, piece by piece. I chose to reflect this as having each piece of the armor being able to be disarmed/destroyed individually, losing the Toughness bonus to the body part it was guarding. His head/palette swap, Diokles, uses the same stats. (Because of course it wouldn't be a fighting game without a Ryu/Ken thing somewhere.)

Captain Novolin here is from a weird edutainment game of the same name for the SNES, and he is...incredibly weak. He's supposedly a superhero, yet has no superpowers, martial arts training, gadgets, or anything that would help him fight at all. In fact, he has DIABETES as his only notable feature. Plus, he has absolutely no form of attack in the game, as far as I can tell. I'm just being nice by giving him a STR score.

What is there to say about Captain Falcon, really? He's rather a meme thanks to his Smash Bros appearances and his memetic "Falcon....PUNCH!"
He's a very capable fighter and driver, and also has a blaster pistol he never uses, ever, but I included it anyway because he has it.

Croc is from the rather obscure PS1/Saturn platformer, Croc: Legend Of The Gobbos. He's pretty much a standard platformer hero, similar to Gex in some ways without any of the fancy gecko abilities. His abilities are rather limited (But they don't really need to be that good - his enemies are generally weak and easy to defeat, even the bosses), and the game used TANK CONTROLS. In a PLATFORMER. Still, I have some fond nostalgia for it, despite the game not aging well.

Yes, that reversing speed can be achieved in the game. They didn't bother to put a cap on it.
This is the best build I've ever seen.

Awesome Possum Kicks Dr. Machino's Butt (Yes, that's really the name) is one of those really obscure Genesis/Mega Drive platformers, and just by looking at the gameplay, is obviously a Sonic ripoff. He's a lot like Bubsy, too, both in gameplay and in that he talks..a lot. It's also one of those preachy edutainment games in that it includes an environmentalist message, and in-between each level you have to answer questions about nature. Needless to say, the game is..not very good. But hey, I love doing builds based on video games, especially the terrible ones.

Polka-Dot Man is one of those really wacky old Batman villains, with a ridiculous gimmick (Each of the polka-dots on his costume contains a different sort of gimmick or gadget), and a silly costume. This build is based on what I've read from various wikis and the one appearance I've seen of him in Brave And The Bold. He's a pretty weak jobber villain overall.

Here's my build of the short-lived Suicide Squad member, Slipknot (comics version). I'm more familiar with Marvel than DC, so feel free to point out innacuracies or mistakes in my builds.

Yeah, I love jobbers too. I just had to build Slipknot, seeing as nobody else seems to have done that, surprisingly.

Rubberneck is a villain from Batman: The Brave And The Bold. He's basically a big, dumb thug with a rubbery body, usually seen as Kite-Man's henchman. I can't remember if he had Elongation or not.
