"Special Moves" Strength-Damage +2 (Inaccurate -1) [1]

"Immortal Vampire"
Immunity 1 (Aging) [1]
Senses 2 (Low-Light Vision, Extended Scent) [2]

Defenses:
Dodge +9 (DC 19), Parry +14 (DC 24), Toughness +2, Fortitude +5, Will +5

Complications:
Motivation (Feeding)- Eliza's powers have waned after she spent so much time asleep. Regular people won't do; she requires the blood of someone with "intense spiritual force". Thus, she joins the King of the Iron Fist Tournament.
Responsibility (Narcoleptic)- Eliza is unable to control her sleep patterns- she has recently woken up after spending six centuries asleep (intending to take a nap), and she still falls asleep at any time.
Enemy (Claudio)- The head of an organization of exorcists, Claudio is a natural enemy for a vampire.

Total: Abilities: 56 / Skills: 36--18 / Advantages: 14 / Powers: 16 / Defenses: 13 (115)

-Eliza hails from the free download game Tekken Revolution, but was properly added to the series with Tekken 7. A more Fantasy-themed character than the usual, she is an immortal Vampire, having woken after accidentally sleeping for six-hundred years. She now seeks to drink the blood of mighty warriors- meaning martial artists.

-As a Special Character, Elizabeth has more options than other fighters- a Blood-Drinking move, and an actual BLAST (a true rarity in Tekken!). However, as in most 3-D Fighting Games, hitting with an actual ranged attack is a bitch (sidestepping renders most of them pretty useless aside from forcing the enemy to abandon their attack plan in order to dodge), so the accuracy isn't very high.

Responsibility (Penniless)- Marshall is often poor thanks to poor financial choices.
Relationship (Paul Phoenix)- The two are good friends.
Relationship (Forest Law- Son)- Marshall's son disobeyed him by fighting in the third tournament, but Marshall still fights to pay his medical bills later on, when the boy is injured.

Total: Abilities: 52 / Skills: 42--21 / Advantages: 10 / Powers: 2 / Defenses: 14 (99)

-"Bruce Lee Clones" became very, VERY common in Fighting Games in the 1990s, with perhaps the most on-the-nose one in history being the American fighter Marshall Law, debuting in the first Tekken game. With his high-pitched shrieks, bright-yellow jumpsuit, and rapid-fire punches, he did a lot of the Jeet Kune Do stuff, but also threw in some of Tekken's trademark bizarre moves, such as the most AMAZING THING EVER, a move in which he literally RUNS UP THE OPPONENT'S CHEST, backflipping into the air, and coming down in a full body splash. In the first game, his attempt to start his own dojo led him to the tournament, but he drew in a match against Wang Jinrei. In the second, he fights to avenge the defeats of his dojo students at the hands of Baek Doo San, whom he defeated.

-In Tekken 3, Marshall was missing, with his young son Forest going against his orders. As Paul Phoenix, his friend, allowed Forest to go, Marshall was QUITE annoyed at the two of them. A semi-successful business had been set up in the intervening years, but it went out of business, necessitating him showing up in Tekken 4. With Forest being injured in a motorcycle accident (thus keeping him out of any games), Marshall was forced to continue to fight in order to pay the medical bills. As you can see... they pretty much ran out of story for him YEARS ago, but still keep him around, as he's rather popular- easily the best, most accurate overall rendition of Bruce Lee's fighting style ever seen.

-A big recurring character, Marshall is nonetheless unsuccessful in every single tournament, and so is still only PL 8. He specializes in up-close, personal combat, delivering rapid-fire strikes that can come from multiple directions (giving him a strong mix-up game), but his "long game" and reach are poor.

His notes:
Breakdown - Marshall and Forest Law share almost identical movelists in Tekken Tag 2, with the exception of Marshall's Dragon Knuckle setup, a few kicks, and a variation on the default throw. Law's movelist is riddled with multiple versions of his "somersault" kick (backflip kick), even though Bruce Lee only performed this move on camera with the assistance of stunt double Yuen Wah. Aside from Tekken, nearly every game franchise has a Bruce Lee character, a testament to the man's amazing persona.
For those curious, Yuen Wah was indeed Bruce Lee's stunt double (although also remember that Bruce Lee's filmography was extremely short due to his untimely death) and indeed was the one doing the backflip. As I covered on the Martial Arts Stack Exchange, this is not a likely kick for any sort of actual martial fight outside of maybe very specific circumstances.

Forest Law

FOREST LAW
Role:

First Appearance: Tekken 3
Total Appearances: Tekken 3, Tekken Tag Tournament 1-2

Special Moves +12 (+4 Damage, DC 19)
Initiative +10

Defenses:
Dodge +9 (DC 19), Parry +12 (DC 22), Toughness +2, Fortitude +4, Will +4

Complications:
Relationship (Marshall Law- Father)- Forest desires his father's respect.
Accident (Vehicular Damage)- Forest is prone to injury- he was badly hurt in a motorcycle crash, and someone who looks like him crashes at the beginning of a stage in another game in the series!

Total: Abilities: 52 / Skills: 36--13 / Advantages: 10 / Powers: 2 / Defenses: 9 (86)

-Okay, this is just weird. I figured that Forest, the Suspiciously Similar Substitute (ie. a total clone) of his father, Marshall, was basically the "New Version" of Marshall from Tekken 3 onwards. But it turns out that Forest was IMMEDIATELY dropped from the series, appearing only in the Tag Tournament games. Like, it's very weird- did fans just revolt at the obvious cloning? Because Julia swapped Michelle entirely in the same series. Marshall appears twenty years older, but still replaces his son, making Forest one of only two characters (the other being Combot) replaced by the very person they were supposed to replace.

-Forest joined the series in Tekken 3, replacing his busy father, breaking the rules and joining up with Paul Phoenix- his father's friend. It's unknown how well he did, but he never joined another- in a follow-up game, he is badly injured in a motorcycle crash, necessitating Marshall to spend family funds both healing him, and then recovering from various business ventures.

-As a lesser version of his father, Forest is only PL 7- he only appears once!

Yeah, Forest was unpopular, it seems. It's to the point that while he was indeed added to Tekken Tag Tournament 2 (since, well, he's a simple Clone Character, and the game was adamant on including almost every playable character in the series), it took until the console version's free updates for him to appear.

Defenses:
Dodge +8 (DC 18), Parry +11 (DC 21), Toughness +4, Fortitude +6, Will +4

Complications:
Motivation (Revenge)- Miguel loved his sister so much that he nearly murdered her fiancee, and only stopped because it'd make her sad. So imagine what he feels when she DIES, killed in a bombing ordered by Jin Kazama?

Total: Abilities: 54 / Skills: 28--14 / Advantages: 11 / Powers: 1 / Defenses: 9 (89)

-Miguel is a violent, undisciplined Spaniard who dresses like a punk Doctor Who, and joined the series in Tekken 6 to avenge his beloved sister, who was killed in a bombing raid by the Mishima Zaibatsu- he seeks Jin Kazama's death. Muscular and very tall, he is said to be the "manliest man" in the Tekken-verse. In his ending, he beats Jin savagely, but refuses Kazama's wish to die- he hasn't suffered enough yet. He decides to wait until Jin's life is filled with hope- and only THEN will he kill him.

-Miguel is offensively powerful, but weaker defensively, being a bit slow and lacking some moves that can get opponents to stop pressuring him. He lacks any real martial arts "style", instead being a simple street-brawler. He's PL 8 offensively, PL 7.5 defensively.

Breakdown - Miguel's martial arts style is less martial arts than a mixture of brawling and tequila. Lots of hook punches, fakes, low kicks, and beatdowns. It's borderline practical!

I am so very happy with the Tekken builds…I have hoping for these for quite a while. Pretty sure I even bothered you once about them…
Heihachi and Michelle/Julia Chang were perfect!

A few questions/observations:
You are only building the characters as they are in the game, but not with the stuff they should have, such as Lei Wulong’s gun, right?

Is Paul really Intelligence 0? He is kind of stupid in most of his cut-scenes. A -1 would be my guess, and it would make him cheaper.

Kuma is weaker than a regular bear because he is smaller/domesticated/cuddly? Your older Brown Bear stats make me guess that.

I remember that my brother in law played Gon all the time and was quite capable with that character, he was like a tiny King with all his stupid bite/kick combos. Did you count his small size into the build? He isn’t really that small, but considering that ~30% of attacks could not hit him without him moving or blocking, I think 2 or so ranks of Shrinking with Normal Strength might be in order.

Really loving your builds and look forward to Ogre, and I can’t wait to have Kotal Kahn and Ogre fight to the death…Then Nina Williams vs Sonya Blade… Etc.

Lei Wulong's gun is in there, I'm pretty sure. I do know that Bryan Fury has a minigun (and can use it in the Scenario Campaign in Tekken 6, or when equipped in customization, too)

-When you talk about Tekken with people, I've found that even the CASUALS know of the legend of Eddy Gordo. Nobody, but NOBODY in Fighting Games is as legendary for being brokenly-cheap and spammy as Eddy Gordo, whose Capoeria style basically rewards people who don't learn the game and simply hammer on buttons. It makes for quite the controversial little tale:

-Okay, so Eddy Gordo is a Brazilian Capoeria-themed fighter, who has a "dance-like" stance. His offense consists of a large amount of big, sweeping kicks that cause him to spin around and lash out seemingly at random- problematically, you can merely hammer the kick buttons repeatedly and put Eddy into a never-ending, spinning "dance" of combat, overwhelming amateur opponents with kicks that seem to come from out of nowhere. It is, in short, BROKENLY cheap, and has made Tekken a bit of a legend for "all Tekken looks the same" and "Eddy Gordo Spammers have ruined Tekken". The issue is... a lot of Fighting Games have a learning curve to get GOOD with a character, but very few have a learning curve to BEAT one particular character.

-See, an expert can pretty well handle an "Eddy Gordo Spammer"- the kicks, while seemingly random, are pretty predictable in style, and some simple techniques can stop them- just "turtle" up and block low, and you'll easily block all of his sweeps and just have to wait for an opening. But NEW players won't know that, and so they'll see themselves utterly flattened by their friend's mashing on all the buttons- this never-ending hurricane is frustrating to newbies, and seems to exacerbate the reputation of ALL Fighting Games that "simply randomly hitting all the buttons will help you win". True masters of Eddy know that you have to change up what is a very predictable set of low sweeps, making him tricky to perfect.

-Eddy, to be fair, is BY FAR the most important Capoeria fighter in fighting games, having given it international recognition it'd never had before. A very silent character, Eddy typically doesn't show off (funny, considering the style is literally dance/fighting). He was initially supposed to be a female character, but the graphics weren't there, and so Christie had to wait for the next game- Eddy and Christie tend to share a character slot & fighting style thereafter, as well as their endings.

-Eddy's backstory is a bit more elaborate than others- he was a wealthy kid who grew up in Brazil, and watched his anti-drug crusader father get murdered. Taking his father's advice, he confessed to the crime and hid in prison, "where you'll be safe". There, he discovered a Capoeria master, and trained under him. Hearing about the King of the Iron Fist Tournament after his release from prison, Eddy decided to enter, thinking he could make the Mishima Zaibatsu help him punish his father's killers. In Tekken 5, he fights to earn money to cure his master's illness.

-A typical "Fast Fighter" build, Eddy is athletic and skilled, having been in every Tekken game since his introduction. His interpersonal and Dancing skills are also elite... but his trademark is the "Spamming" so great that I made it an authentic power. Granted, it's only two ranks because of his low Strength, but still- not a lot of guys in Tekken have a Multiattack with no side-effects.

Eddy's "Character Episode" in Tekken 7 was quite embarrasing (but actually kinda funny): It consists of a single fight with Lucky Chloe, since she promises to tell him where Kazuya is. Afterwards, he's given a note by her that just says, in picture form "He's on Earth!" So Eddy makes no progress whatsoever.

Thanks! And yayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy- detailed questions!

A few questions/observations:
You are only building the characters as they are in the game, but not with the stuff they should have, such as Lei Wulong’s gun, right?
I leave in what I can- Lei still has his gun, though I don't think he uses it in any of his fights (Guns- illegal. Fireballs, Wings & Bears- A-OK!).
Is Paul really Intelligence 0? He is kind of stupid in most of his cut-scenes. A -1 would be my guess, and it would make him cheaper.
I dunno where -1 truly begins, or if he's "book dumb". He might just be impulsive. Complications over actual mental deficiencies. It's tough to say with most of the side-characters.
Kuma is weaker than a regular bear because he is smaller/domesticated/cuddly? Your older Brown Bear stats make me guess that.
Kuma is one of the least-realistic parts of the game (which, to be fair, isn't exactly attempting for gritty realism). A real Ussuri Brown Bear is one of the largest of all bears (some weighing over a THOUSAND POUNDS), can be quite dangerous, and would handily defeat two or three of the best martial artists in human history by themselves in a life-or-death struggle. Of course, Kuma is both tame and semi-intelligent by animal standards, able to learn the martial arts. Most wild predators will give up the struggle if the victim fights back too hard (it's why you're supposed to hit them square on the nose- it HURTS and they're like "ah, the hell with this"), because they don't want to risk an injury that could impede their hunting. Kuma appears to DESPERATELY WANT to win, but only does slightly more damage than a strong male human being (as opposed to the spine-crushing power of a real bear that size).

Kuma is of course, using powerbombs and not his teeth.
I don't like dealing with Shrinking- even two ranks makes the math annoying, and it doesn't really "change anything", gameplay-wise, whether or not you use it. Easier to just fold it into his stats.

Total: Abilities: 60 / Skills: 48--24 / Advantages: 13 / Powers: 4 / Defenses: 11 (112)

-... Good GOD. I mean, there's Fanservice, and then there's not f*cking around with things. Christie is like the sum total of everything hot about Brazilian girls and combined into one woman- utter lack of clothing or modesty, dancing, impossible physiques, and mixed ethnicities. DAMN.

-Christie is the female Capoeria fighter Namco had wanted for Tekken 3, but was stuck with Eddy Gordo. And so in Tekken 4, they finally realized her, using their full graphical potential to make the ultimate Miss Fanservice. Eddy was thereafter kind of stuck being a "Player 2" selection for Christie, meaning both of their stories were linked to each other, and also stalled. Christie's grandfather is the Capoeria Master who trained Eddy Gordo in prison. Frail and sick, she fights to earn money to cure him of a Mystery Disease in one game- in another, he dies.

-Christie is basically a slightly-modified Eddy- faster, but weaker, and more charismatic, but less wise. Though she gets Attractive 2 because... well, it's not used IN-GAME, but come on.

-A very strange choice in Tekken 3, Tiger Jackson is just a swap of Eddy Gordo, featuring the same moves but a stereotypical "1970s Black Guy" design. He has no Storyline Mode, and no effect on any plot, and never shows up in the canon again. His only other roles are in the two Tag Tournament games. And he doesn't even have real endings in THOSE! It's quite bizarre. Tiger is apparently a rejected early design for Eddy, and visually based off of Jim Kelly, an influential Karate practitioner of the '70s.

-Tiger Jackson is barely even a character; just a meaningless Sprite Swap left in as a gag with no real thought put into anything. As such, he gets only PL 6.
