Do any of of the other MinutemenWatchmen exist? I was surprised you included the original Night Owl, as his role overlaps the Guardian (from Newsboy Legion) to a large extent, and Hooded Justice duplicates the physicality of Atom and Wildcat.

All my best.

Mostly, I just felt that the "pulp-era" of DC needed a few more non-powered costumed heroes. A lot of the early costumed heroes of DC still have superpowers.

Thanks. I had to keep certain people's ages in mind. Basically Amanda Waller takes over where Hank Haywood leaves off.

In the DC campaign that was run -- inspiring this timeline of events and characters -- Hank Haywood and Sandra Knight had a daughter: Karen. She inherited her father's powers plus also had the ability to fly. As a teenager, she really admired Superman and made a costume like his to try and be his partner and girlfriend: Power Girl.

I've been debating whether or not I should keep this iteration of Power Girl, or wait to have Kara Zor-El show up later. Kara starts as Supergirl as a teen, then eventually becomes Power Girl when she decides to be her own heroine.

Decisions....
