On Proteus, Life Control is a 4 PP/rank power, because its a Perception range Fortitude save. Did you mean Life Control 4 [16 pp]? Life Control 16 would make him PL 16, I am pretty sure.

In the Sunsphinx’s main tongue, ‘Meseggeg Ra’ means ‘Frail Elder of the Sun’, and’s very much a tongue-in-cheek name bestowed upon him by younger Sunsphinx. It’s unknown what his original name was.
