On Proteus, Life Control is a 4 PP/rank power, because its a Perception range Fortitude save. Did you mean Life Control 4 [16 pp]? Life Control 16 would make him PL 16, I am pretty sure.

Earth-M is all about the weird storytale logic of fairytales. Dreamers (‘faeries’) are literally human dreams kindled to life.

As for the Labyrinthian, he’s actually a nephilim psychically bonded to a non-sentient elephantine Dreamer. Even in the strangeness of Earth-M, the Labyrinthian is in a category all by himself...
