Designs of the Demiurge

This will be a repository of original characters. I create characters first, then convert them into M&M mechanics, and don't worry about how many points it costs to build a concept so long as it's accurate, so some builds may fit into the 15 pp/PL limit, and others won't.

Any feedback is both welcome and encouraged.

A playable PL-10 heroic version of a NPC. Guardian does considerably less as a hero than as a villain—an example of Redemption Demotion, and there's not really anything special, just telekinesis, a telekinetic blast and telekinetic shield, pretty generic. Anything else he may need in a particular situation he can Power Stunt. He leads in battle, so has the Inspire and Leadership advantages, he hits his offensive and defensive caps, and is PL 9 unarmed. One frequent Power Stunt would be Strength-based Damage 2, Limited to melee to represent using TK in combat (a la Psylocke) to hit his unarmed caps.

This build is within the 15 pp per PL limit for PCs, so could be a playable character. Her defining trait is her courage and bravery, as well as fierceness in battle, which gave rise to the nickname "Valkyrie." She has high kinesthetic intelligence, reflected in Skill Mastery: Acrobatics, and has Expertise (AGL): Dancing. It also relates to combat, as she uses the same grace with which she dances in battle. She's graceful and deadly, and uses skill and precision. A sword is her weapon of choice, which is where she hits caps, and is PL 6.5 offensively without it. She has the Quick Draw advantage to draw her sword from her sheath as a free action, and has Multiattack to represent her speed with the sword, and Power Attack to hit vital areas. She also keeps at least one dagger on her person at all times.
