And I fell on this render and just had to stat him:

Puncture
PL10

heh- neat :). A quirky joke character, and proof that F-For-P can make a character out of ANYTHING. Him not realizing he looks like Optimus Prime is a bit of an extra comedic touch, though makes him more silly than the typical Transformer.

Design Notes
 Also for my Gargoyles game, a member of the clan that is very much one of the group...
 Mikaela takes advantage of Gargoyles: The Vigil - a White Wolf/ World of Darkness based supplement based on Disney's Gargoyles. I drew heavily on Gargomancy for this character.
 I chose the name based on the notion of a female counterpart to Michael.

Power Points

Complications
 Left off so PCs don't see them...

Design Notes
 For my Gargoyles game... I went with a half-blood Child of Oberon. His mother is the Lady of the Lake, his father a mortal.
 Standard House rules, despite overage in PP I kept him to PL 7
 His name was chosen as a sort of lean towards the Arthurian mythos... Glenn instead of Gwen (Guinevere) and Morgan is pretty much on the nose... Morgan Le Fay. But he is definitely the son of the Gargverse Lady of the Lake...

I am actually working on printing them and getting them into a folder I can access remotely... (The joys of saving as PDF !) So don't take characters posted here as anything more than a notepad.

Power Points
Abilities 26 + Powers 44 + Advantages 14 + Skills 20 + Defenses 22 = Total 126

Complications
Aloof - Elves are known for their aloofness and perceived arrogance. They are slow to makes friends and enemies, and slower to forget them.
Code of Honor/ Reputation: He always gets the job done... people tend to see him as an assassin or mercenary (or government agent) but he is much more...
Allegiance: He is a government agent
Protector – Just as the fantasy Ranger protects natures and this who live there or travel through it, Michael has the same attitude towards those who live in the city. He has a soft spot for homeless and the poor.
Responsibility – In keeping with his role as protector, Michael also seeks to keep tabs on various magical items – including keeping them out of the wrong hands

Design Notes
 Skill 3:1, Presence Based Advantages, PL 8/123 PP - Does not hit caps except for attack
 This is "sort" of a re-imagining of Copper, took the direction I wanted to take the character and basically turned him into an elf...
 The idea behind this character is essentially a modern Elven Ranger. Deadly Prowess might be a deal breaker for the character... essentially any melee weapon or ranged weapon in his hands always hits...
 Despite that, combat is not his thing. He works with the authorities as a freelance tracker/ people finder.
 Bullseye represents manual dexterity and aim that is non lethal manner - skipping a rock across a lake, hitting a light switch with a credit card, master cup pong player... (Bullseye is two ranks of Move Object, one rank limited to hitting a target - like a basketball net, light switch... and one rank limited to Tactile Telekinesis - which would essentially be incredible manual dexterity...)
 Ran out of points for Favored Foes (he should have three based on source material...) But I was actually thinking of Snake-People... if they exist in this world... as one.
 He has a Feature of being able to use Awareness for Expertise Magic that also (essentially) make him a Bright (was watching that again on Netflix...). He counts as a Magic User of his PL for situations where that would normally require a sorcerer or wizard type... And can read magical texts with ease.
 Comprehend (Read/ Write Magic) I figure allows him to be able to read a variety of magical languages, so I purchased a rank of Comprehend rather than a simple rank of Languages.
 Sept 11/2020 - Made a change to the EP. The daggers are now labelled as Swords. The concealable extra is meant to represent that they are akin to the swords used in Thor Ragnarok (among other places) that somehow retract down to something capable of taking up less space and being less noticable.
 Sept 12/2020 - added the Tower ID with his latest XP allotment.
 Jan 27 2021 - cleaned up the powers section - had listed a power (but not charged) twice.

Background
Michael Kelly was a big burly man before the virus struck him and he was medically discharged from service as a Navy SEAL. His years of service and potential years to come at a premature end. Left with nothing but memories of 75+ successful missions, he tried to adjust to his new life. He would give lectures at various training facilities, called upon to share his experience in the only real way left to him.

Kelly was fortunate that despite the missions he had run, he never suffered serious injury and never really faced trauma severe enough to cause PTSD.* Skip forward two years, his health and medical follow ups never passing muster or allowing for a return to active duty... and then....incredible skills honed over a lifetime jumped to almost preternatural levels. He seemed incapable of missing a shot, had incredible manual dexterity, direction sense, distance sense... And more importantly, his entire body had almost completely recovered from the effects of the Devolution Virus.... he barely looked like his old self though. Corded muscle and a frame over six feet in height had... changed.

Elfin in appearance now, but possessed of even more skill than ever, Kelly was soon recruited by a covert government agency, The Tower Group, to carry out tasks in various cities, using his abilities much like rangers of fantasy did in the wild... he serves as protector, enforcer, guide and so much more...

Michael can't really explain why, but shortly after The Change, he started writing his name as Mikjáll - an Old Norse form of the name and he took the name Lysanthir as a kind of new surname, not to cut ties to the past and not to serve as a new identity, but to complete his identity and the new role he found himself fulfilling...

* I am not making light of PTSD, I do not know enough about it's causes and effects to even write that sentence... but I felt it was better that the character never suffer PTSD as opposed to being miraculously cured....

 Designed with the House Rules for the Merge - PL 11/165 (12/150; 10/180), Skills 3:1, Presence Based advantages.
 This, apart being inspired by the recolored PS4 uniform and reminiscent of an old build I had made for a PbP game, The Web (think Batman Inc but with Spiders), is actually a variant where Harry Osborne was bitten by the spider instead of Peter.
 It's not meant to simply be Harry with Spidey's powers. I was looking at images and came across the Crime Syndicate of America from DC... I didn't just want to do Heroes as Villains... but what if the Villains were the heroes and vice versa? So.. Norman Osborn was the first Spider Goblin, then became the Iron Spider and is currently a green and gold Iron Man... (Maybe not all the villians and heroes are swapped, just enough to make an interesting world...)
 In keeping with that idea, Norman and Harry would not be a dysfunctional family, but have the sort of relationship Tony and Peter have in the MCU,...
 The HQ cost list is listed for bookkeeping, the first number being actual cost, the second a note that its an AP of the first. The combined cost of his HQs is 21, meaning he has 4 EP left...
 The Goblin Glider is one of those things I like to do... I set it up as a minion... I kept the theme of the Green Goblin's weaponry and then adapted it to be less lethal... The Glider is PL 10, MR 7 (PL 10/ 105 points) I still have 2 EP to spend on it, wanted to add something to the Weapons Array but not sure yet. Possibly a Spider Tracer of some kind and some mundane equipment like an Onboard Computer (to be used as a computer by Spidey), a Video Camera and the like... Or maybe EP in terms of vehicles...
 without the Spider Suit and Glider, the character was built as a PL 7/ 135 character (with the same House Rules above). Still no slouch, but less capable than with his gear.
 Regarding the Leaping... Some have argued that taking Check Required and then putting such a high skill set is a cheat or power-gaming... I'd argue otherwise as the points are still spent either way... and I always say that regardless of roll, a nat 1 is a fail.

Power Points

Complications
Monstrous Appearance
Survivor: A Survivor survives, even if that leaves a trail of bodies a mile long, losing everyone else along the way.
Only Hope: Hope is all that keeps the him going: hope of saving others, hope of stopping what started this, hope of finally putting an end to it.

Design Notes
 Same source/ inspiration creation rules as the Mind Flayer Homage in the previous post.
 Anyone who has read any of my threads, games and whatnot can relatively easily guess that I am a pretty big fan of two things (among many). Those being Transformers (not relevant to this post) and James Lovegrove's Pantheon series, specifically Age of Zeus... This character is inspired by a traditional Gorgon (albeit male) and the genetically engineered versions of the creature from the aforementioned book.
 His petrification ability is not mystical or based on hideous looks, but rather a form of pyrokinesis (or perhaps thermalkinesis to be more accurate). Anything he stares at he can superheat. Flesh actually cooks and becomes a pumice/ stone-like substance... (This being M&M, the process is not guaranteed death, as the affected beings will eventually recover, assuming that they do not die of starvation or thirst first...)
 His alternate powers represent varying applications of the same power - heating/ igniting a container of gasoline... burning the air around a person, a flashier form of the petrification power that simply and visibly burns the victim...
 Ran out of points so included some potential power stunts that I had wanted to include as AP...
 In the setting he was designed for, I imagine him being homeless, and I was thinking possibly a veteran (for missing skills for that profession, either selective amnesia or a conscious desire to not want to use them...)

Complications
Out of his Father's shadow – with his father not here to constantly tell him what he is supposed to be, Paragon can finally grow into his own person – the downside is that he doesn't have his father to counsel him
Legacy/ The Code – Despite it all, he wants to live up to his father's legacy...
Still Growing – He has not reached his full potential... and sometimes this manifests in him getting in over his head
Hero Worship – Brandon is not ready to be a leader and actual idolizes Superman to an extent, seeing aspects of his father in him but does not see him as sanctimonius as his father
Enemy – Homelander – on his world, Vaught/ The Seven and the Union of Justice co-exist. Homelander and Paragon started as friends, but Brandon learned the truth about Homelander's pyschotic tendencies and now opposes him in a less refined Superman/ Luthor type rivalry

Design Notes
 House Rules – Skill Points 3:1, level trade 12/180 to 11/195. Social Advantage/ Rank of Presence
 Based on Neo Paladin's The Merge and uses house rules from some of the original games in that setting
 Heroic Presence is based on Cool from Hero High. Its essentially enhanced skill with a limitation so 2 ranks.
