Now i think "Evil SOB's" is rather a harsh term.They've been stuck between a Rock(The Drow with all THEIR issues) and a really ugly place(The Mind-Flayers and asorted Cthullu wierdness),so of course they became hate-filled Little Heathens...

Nice Dwarves! Always a tricky race, as for some reason, almost every fantasy race leaves them in a similar position. Part of me wants to make my own a race of literal clones, explaining "Dwarves Are All The Same" by, well, making them all literally the same .

Lol. Well, the ones that do become adventurers are always the weirdos and people that don't quite fit in clan life. Maybe they got a hankering for other people's stuff, or like tinkering with that fancy magic stuff or shockingly enough they like elves or even trees! It happens and the other clan members gently shove em out into the world to get their head on straight.

If the victim fails the DC save, they become a a spongy, amorphous mass.
Unless the victim manages to control the effect, its shape melts, flows, writhes, and boils. The save DC is Fortitude based. Each round the victim spends in an amorphous state causes 1 point of Will drain from mental shock.
If the victim’s Wisdom score falls to 0, it becomes a chaos beast. A victim can regain its own shape by taking a standard action to attempt a DC 15 Charisma check (this check DC does not vary for a chaos beast with different Hit Dice or ability scores).
A success reestablishes the creature’s normal form for 1 minute. On a failure, the victim can still repeat this check each round until successful. A healing with a DC equal to or greater than the Sav)

Giant Eagles are one of my favorite D&D Monsters ever- not only are they elegant and bad-ass as all hell, but they totally change the dynamics of Generic Medieval Combat. Aerial war mounts would totally change the game.

Eagles and raptors in general are cool birds and some of them can be freaking huge. I mean, most of us are used to small feathery critters, but look at this as a size comparison:
