Complications
- Enemies: The major powers within Gotham's Underworld have started to take notice of Barbara's actions as the Batgirl, and several of them would be quite happy to end her life if given the opportunity; and at least one of them would be happy to kill her simply because she reminds him of The Batman.
- Honor: Babs is one of the more principled individuals to don the cowl of the Bat family, as she would actually refuse to be cured of paralysis unless that cure were already available to everyone on the entire planet.
- Motivation: Brave of Heart: It wasn't actually Babs' intention to become a masked crime fighter at the tender young age of "Teenage Rebellion", but now that she is such a champion, she plans to use all her daring, nerve and chivalry to make the city of Gotham a better place for everyone!
- Please Don't Call Me That: The newspapers of Gotham City like to use the editorial byline of "Dominoed Dare-Doll" when writing stories about the masked vigilante who is otherwise known as Barbara Gordon. This naturally embarrasses Babs a whole heck of a lot!

I Want To Live Brainstorm & Notes

I Want To Live
Premise: What if Lily Potter had been abducted by forces unknown prior to her marriage to James, leading to her becoming an unwilling bride to the archdemon known as Trigon? Well, it would mean that Raven had an elder sibling, one who would be destined for great things! (Shapeshifting Fem!Harry Fic)
Required Inclusions:
- Elain Potter must be one of the Half-Demon progeny of the Archdemon known as Trigon. How this is accomplished has been left open to the author’s interpretation.
- Elain must be at least two years older than Raven in this scenario, with the challenger preferring that her powers be based on the sins of Lust or Wrath.
- Elain must possess shockingly blue eyes and violet hair as her unusual demonic traits, although she is allowed to disguise these qualities via demonic shapeshifting powers.
- Elain must be capable of employing similar empathic abilities to those which have been demonstrated by Raven, albeit at a higher level due to having had more practice.
- Elain’s demonic nature must serve to grant the girl a degree of superhuman strength, agility, durability and intellect.
- Trigon must attempt to use Elain as a doorway into the Earth Realm at some point in the story, which ends with them both turning their attention to Raven after the attempt fails.
Preferred Inclusions:
- The author is encouraged to include the events of the DC Animated Movies, or the game Injustice: Gods Among Us within the timeline of this scenario.
- It is preferred that Elain’s romantic pairing be one or more of the following: Donna Troy, Zatanna Zatara, Kara Zor-El, Gabrielle Delacour, Susan Bones or Danica Malfoy.
- Elain should drop out of Hogwarts after discovering the existence of her sister so that she can both look for Raven, and then take care of her once she finds the girl.
Optional Inclusions:
- Instead of using the DC Animated Movies, the author is also allowed to use either the Justice League, Young Justice or Teen Titans cartoon shows as the world setting for this scenario.
- Elain could have less control over her own emotions than Raven, which would be problematic.
Forbidden Things:
- Dumbledore simply allowing Elain to escape from what he perceives to be her destiny.

Complications
- Accidental Seductions: Elain has been known to activate her Demonic Empathy effects unintentionally, which can lead to unfortunate mishaps for anyone who happens to be targeted by these powers. In effect, these powers have the Uncontrolled flaw unless she purposefully activates them, in which case they work as intended.
- Destiny: It is currently Elain's destiny to be the one who ultimately defeats the dark wizard who styles himself as "Lord Voldemort."
- Honor: Elain will always keep her word, strives to uphold the common good, and is never underhanded in her dealings.
- Impulsive: Elain is a tempestuous young woman, who will often act without considering the consequences, even when she is being advised of those consequences by someone who might have an idea what they're talking about.
- Motivation: Protector: Elain is highly motivated to use her powers to protect others. She willingly puts herself at risk to defend innocents and those she cares about.
- Power Loss: Elain's Racial Traits as well as her Demonic Empathy, Magic & Talents, can all be negated by the presence of Holy Sacraments.
- Significant Other: Elain has recently discovered that she is the elder half-sister of one, Rachel Roth, and will do everything in her power to protect her younger sister from the exploitation of both their father and those who might want to use the sisters as tools in their efforts to perform some manner of dark or vile act of villainy.

Narcissa's Wing Brainstorm & Notes

Narcissa’s Wing
Premise: Narcissa Malfoy decides to take young Hazel Potter under her wing after the latter bonds with her son, Draco, at a young age. (Daughter of Black Fem!Harry)
Required Inclusions:
- This fic must involve a female version of Harry Potter, who will be known as Hazel Black.
- Hazel and Draco Malfoy must encounter one another at some point prior to when they would have begun attending Hogwarts. How this happens is up to the author.
- Hazel must, somehow, be Sirius Black’s heiress and Narcissa Malfoy must be aware of this fact, which must also contribute to her decision to take Hazel under her wing.
- Among other things, Narcissa must educate Hazel on what it means to be a proper Daughter of the House of Black. The specifics of this aspect of Hazel’s training are up to the author.
- Draco too, must have lessons in being a proper Pure-Blood, only his lessons must come from his father, Lucius, rather than from his mother.
- The eventual romantic pairing must be Hazel / Draco.
- Narcissa must be more dangerous than Lucius, and must also pass this quality on to Hazel.
- Hazel must end up being sorted into the House of Slytherin when she arrives at Hogwarts.
Preferred Inclusions:
- Hazel’s lessons from Narcissa should include Pure-Blood manners, social rules and other niceties, as well as both Muggle and Wizarding dueling styles.
- Narcissa should also explain to Hazel the sorts of things any mother would normally explain to her daughter due to the fact that Hazel lacks another valid source of such knowledge.
- Hazel should successfully claim 12 Grimmauld Place as her own private property after her Auntie Walburga passes onto the hereafter, rather than allowing the Order to use it as an H.Q.
Optional Inclusions:
- It has been suggested that this fic center on a Wrong-Child-Who-Lived scenario, as it is unlikely anyone would assume a girl is capable of defeating the Dark Lord.
- If a multi-pairing is used, then the other members should be girls… Lucky Draco, huh?

- Destiny: Even though no one realizes it, Hazel's current destiny is to be the one who ultimately defeats the dark wizard who styles himself as "Lord Voldemort." Although, no one ever said she isn't allowed to defeat him simply by making him see the error of his ways.
- Motivation: Protector: Hazel is highly motivated to use her powers in defense of innocent lives. She'll gladly put herself at risk to defend those who are incapable of defending themselves as well as to protect those she cares about.
- One of Us: As a member of Slytherin House, Hazel is supposed to avoid drawing attention to herself outside of the common room unless she is certain that the entirety of her House stands behind her in whatever action she wishes to perform. The exception to this, is when it regards the feud between Slytherin and Gryffindor.
- Relationships: Hazel is the goddaughter and heiress of a man known as Sirius Orion Black, and through him, the protege of a woman known as Narcissa Malfoy (née Black). Narcissa has also performed a blood adoption on behalf of the House of Black, making it so that Hazel is the legitimate Heiress Presumptive to that entire family. She is also involved in a Betrothal Agreement, which is different from a Betrothal Contract, with Narcissa's son, Draco Malfoy.
- Temper: Hazel is known for being rather possessive of those she cares about, and tends to react in rather extreme ways whenever her loved ones are in danger.
- Troubled Past: Hazel's mother and father, James and Lily Potter, effectively tossed her aside in favor of their son, Chadwick Potter, after a bit of patriarchal short-sightedness caused everyone to believe her brother was the one to defeat Voldemort instead of even contemplating the possibility that Hazel could be responsible.

- Cursed: Kreacher has placed a cursed locket within a glass case located inside the Drawing Room of this structure, and it is this locket that is partially responsible for the degraded state that the house was in when Hazel first came into possession of the structure. Unfortunately, Hazel is completely unaware of the locket's existence, and likewise unaware of just how difficult it would be to destroy the object, to say nothing of what the locket could do to her if she were to ever put it on.

Complications
- Cultural Awkwardness: Draco doesn't really understand Muggles, nor would he ordinarily be inclined to learn about them. The reason why he might be interested in learning about such people, is because he is "completely uninterested in Hazel Black", who spent a lot of time in that corner of society.
- Feud: House Malfoy seems to be in a feud with House Weasley. Whether or not this is actually the case, or if it is just a holdover from each member's time at Hogwarts is entirely unclear. What is certain is that the most recent generation of both Houses are descended from a Black, and will therefore be beholden to Sirius Black once he decides to get his rear in gear and escape from Azkaban.
- Motivation: Protector: Draco feels it is his duty to protect his two friends, Hazel and Daphne, from anything which might mean them harm, even if that means hexing the crap out of Hazel's famous twin brother!

At any time when she makes an Acrobatics, Athletics or other physically demanding skill check, as well as for every 5 rounds of sustained combat (even when using ranged attacks), she must simultaneously make a DC 10 Fortitude check. If she fails this check then she becomes Fatigued. Every time she uses one of the aforementioned skills within the same scene, as well as for every 5 rounds of combat within a single scene, the DC for her next Fortitude check in that same scene will increase by 1 point. Standard rules regarding additional degrees of fatigue apply.
- Motivation: Acceptance: Daphne wishes to find someone to marry who will be content to love her without forcing her to bear them a child, as such a thing would be equal to a death sentence for Daphne.

- Honor: Chadwick will always keep his word of honor, strives to uphold the common good, and is never underhanded in his dealings.
- Impulsive: Chadwick is a tempestuous man, who will often act without considering the consequences, even when he is being advised of those consequences by those who might have some idea what they are talking about.
- Mismatched Wand: Chadwick's wand is one which people would expect for him to use rather than one which properly matches him, which means that he suffers under the Unreliable (Roll) flaw when attempting to perform magic using his ill-matched wand.
- Motivation: Protector: Chadwick is highly motivated to use his powers to protect others. He willingly puts himself at risk to defend innocents and those he cares about.

Complications
- Disability: Owls cannot speak to humans, nor can they use their talons to easily manipulate objects. Owls are also noteworthy as one of the few natural predators for skunks on accout of their absolutely terrible sense of smell.
- Easily Spotted: Snowy Owls, in their natural environment, possesses fairly clever natural camouflage. However, the northern highlands of Scotland is an unusual hunting ground for one of these birds, and Hedwig sticks out like a sore thumb in that area unless it happens to be the middle of winter.

- Motivation: Recognition: Hermione wants to be recognized as a valued and contributing member of Wizarding Society. Unfortunately, this desire conflicts with her progressive mindset (see below).
- Obsession: Hermione is absolutely and utterly obsessed with following the rules. In fact she is so obsessed with following the rules, that it would take something incredibly monumental (like nearly dying at the hands of a Mountain Troll, for instance) to get her to start breaking rules of her own free will.
- Progressive: Hermione truly believes that if something is true for the muggle half of society, then it should also be true for the wizarding half. Unfortunately, this same belief will lead her into conflict with the more conservative families within Wizarding Britain, such as the Blacks and Malfoys.
- Reputation: Hermione's reputation for being a bossy know-it-all bookworm tends to make it incredibly difficult for her to make friends in her own age group.

Complications
- Arachnophobia: Ron is afflicted with a crippling fear of spiders. He is considered to be Dazed and Vulnerable when in the presence of a spider. The DM is allowed to elevate the Vulnerable condition to Defenseless when Ron is in the presence of a large number of Acromantula.
- Feud: House Weasley seems to be in a feud with House Malfoy. Whether or not this is actually the case, or if it is just a holdover from each member's time at Hogwarts is entirely unclear. What is certain is that the most recent generation of both Houses are descended from a Black, and will therefore be beholden to Sirius Black once he decides to get his rear in gear and escape from Azkaban.
- Hatred: Ron harbors an irrational hatred for the members of Slytherin House that could one day lead to a whole lot of problems, as his best mate's twin sister happens to be a member of Slytherin.
- Motivation: Hedonism: Ron wants to enjoy the fruit of being wealthy and/or famous, without having to do any of the work necessary to acquire such prestige... to say nothing of actually maintaining it.
- Secondhand Wand: Ron's wand has been handed down from one person to the next within his family for a few rounds at Hogwarts now, and is thus considered to be a piece of Equipment made from wood when determining how easy it would be for an enemy (or animated tree) to break the thing. In other words, it possesses a Toughness rank of 2 (it has less than an inch of thickness). In all other regards, the wand functions in the same way that a Device would.

Complications
- Cultural Awkwardness: Narcissa has little to no understanding of muggle technology, and only limited understanding of their fashion styles. This means she is almost entirely reliant upon her surrogate daughter to help guide her through that half of society whenever the two of them have need to travel among the muggles without being noticed.
- Feud: House Malfoy seems to be in a feud with House Weasley. Whether or not this is actually the case, or if it is just a holdover from each member's time at Hogwarts is entirely unclear. What is certain is that the most recent generation of both Houses are descended from a Black, and will therefore be beholden to Sirius Black once he decides to get his rear in gear and escape from Azkaban.
- Motivation: Responsibility: Narcissa has taken it upon herself to teach young Hazel Black (Frm. Potter) everything she needs to know in order to be a powerful and influential member of wizarding society.
- Nemeses: The Malfoy and Black House Elves do not at all like the fact that their Mistress and Miss have taken to commandeering their kitchen so that they can spend quality time together while preparing any number of baked delicacies. Nor would either woman be particularly happy with their men if they refused to eat said delicacies.
- Relationships: Narcissa is Draco Malfoy's mother by blood, and Hazel Black's mother (or possibly her father) by blood adoption. She is also the wife of Lord Lucius Malfoy, and the actual holder of the Malfoy family's seat on the Hogwarts Board of Governors.

Stronger Brainstorm & Notes

Stronger
Premise: The saying “What doesn’t kill you, makes you stronger instead” is absolutely and utterly true in the case of a young man known variously as Harry Potter and the Boy Who Lived.
Required Inclusions:
- Harry’s moral alignment must be Light (Good) or Gray (Neutral).
- Harry must be a Martian whose superhuman powers were suppressed for most of his young life by the presence of one of Voldemort’s soul fragments (aka the Scarcrux).
- The destruction of that particular soul fragment must awaken Harry’s natural abilities as a Martian, and allow him to more easily defeat both Voldemort and the Death Eaters.
- In terms of power, Harry must be situated somewhere between Miss Martian (YJ Version) and Martian Manhunter (any version), but must also have less finesse than both of them.
- Either Miss Martian, or Martian Manhunter himself, must become aware of Harry’s existence after his powers awaken, and send the Team (YJ) to speak with him.
- There must be something within the Potter family vault which would allow Harry to learn more about his birth parents, as it is unlikely that James and Lily are said parents.
- The author is allowed to pair Harry with any character who happens to be female.
Preferred Inclusions:
- Harry should be invited to join either the Team or the Justice League, the author is given the option of which group ultimately decides to invite him into their membership.
- Harry should have similar difficulties to the one Miss Martian experiences when it comes to the ability to shift into the opposite gender.
- For purposes of a romantic pairing, it is suggested that the author use either an aged up Gabrielle Delacour, Astoria Greengrass, Cassandra Sandsmark and/or M’gann M’orzz.
Optional Inclusions:
- It has been suggested that Harry be a White Martian, with the Horcrux serving to make his already aggressive nature just a touch bit more aggressive than it otherwise would have been.
- It has been suggested that Harry leave at least one member of the Light in a coma.
