Build Comments
I've decided to stop wasting time with the Longevity feature, since DxD doesn't really explicitly state how long any of their characters can actually live before growing old, and some of them, angels in particular, look remarkably young considering how long they actually must have been alive.

Also, Consecrated Ground as an HQ Feature was seemingly created by Bladewind for his Gargoyles: Defenders of the Night setting. The effect is basically identical to the Mystic Locale feature from Better Mousetrap, except it is keyed for religious installations instead of magical ones. What it does is to prevent Immortals (from Highlander) from engaging in battle while within the territory, and also to prevent Creatures of Darkness from entering the installation without permission. Creatures whose Power Level exceeds the Installation are allowed to make a DC [10 + HQ PL] Will Check to ignore the aforementioned effects, however they will be vulnerable to counterattacks from anyone inside the protection of that installation, even other Immortals in the case of a Highlander setting.

Dragon Breaker v2 Brainstorm & Notes

Dragon Breaker
Premise: Harry's luck hasn't changed all that much, even after winning his war. He may not be Fate's chew-toy anymore, but she still likes to jerk his chain every so often. Now, he has to deal with an ongoing dragonification, the antics of a tsundere goddess and a budding romance with Heaven’s most beautiful angel!
Required Inclusions:
- Instead of becoming an Auror in the aftermath of the Voldemort Wars, Harry must decide to become a freelance Curse Breaker.
- During two of his digs, Harry must uncover the Tomb of the Heavenly Dragons and the Temple of Queen of Heaven, the latter of which contains Ishtar’s slumbering Divine Essence.
- There must be enough wild magic and Dragonic energy within the Tomb to initiate the Dragonification process within Harry’s body.
- This Dragonification must not be stopped by any form of defensive enchantment which a mortal wizard would have access to, since the Heavenly Dragons are unbelievably powerful.
- Harry will need Ishtar’s help if he wants to suppress the transformation for an extended period of time, even if his willpower alone can hold his new instincts in check.
- The primary romantic pairing for this scenario must be Harry x Ishtar x Gabriel, with other girls being permissible only if they have both Ishtar and Gabriel’s approval.
- Harry will gain the ability to suppress his Dragonic nature only after undergoing extensive training and repeated Tantric Rituals with Ishtar and/or Gabriel.
Preferred Inclusions:
- Harry and Gabriel’s whirlwind romance could have been caused by Ishtar’s decision to enhance their preexisting feelings. Whether she reveals this fact or not is up to the author.
- Harry’s discoveries should be incredibly significant news within the Greater Supernatural Community due to just how important they actually are.
- The three male Great Seraphs should come down to Earth in order to deliver a custom tailored Shovel Speech once they discover Harry is dating their sister.
- Harry should deliver a very memorable and thorough beatdown after Issei succeeds in using his “Dress Break” ability on either of Harry’s girls.
Optional Inclusions:
- Boosted Gear and Divine Dividing could be far less effective when used against Harry due to the fact that he effectively absorbed the remnants of their original Dragonic Auras.
- Ddraig and Albion could give Harry special permission to use their remains as material components in a new wand, weapons and custom tailored armor.
Forbidden Things:
- Harry entering a romantic relationship with a male character.
- Harry allowing anyone to desecrate the Tomb or Temple.
- Harry possessing a Sacred Gear in the first chapter.
- Harry being turned into a Devil against his will.

Complications
- Destructive Savior: Ishtar will happily use her powers to protect others, and is more than willing to put her life on the line in order to defend innocents and those she cares about. The problem is that she'll cause massive amounts of property damage while carrying out her acts of heroism!
- Easily Distracted: Ishtar could easily be caught off guard by having a large quantity of gemstones thrown at her, effectively rendering her Vulnerable for the remainder of that Combat Round. However, it needs to be said that "large quantity of gemstones" means a truly absurd number of gems!
- Hatred: Ishtar absolutely despises Enkidu and would become absolutely homicidal towards anyone who is born with his spirit inside of their body.
- Motivation: Hedonism: Ishtar's Easily Distracted flaw is a side effect of her intense desire to live a life of luxury. Unfortunately, as she is also a goddess of war and protection, this desire often takes a back seat to her more heroic personality traits, especially when she has someone like Harry to help keep her on the straight and narrow.
- Power Loss: An Gal Tā Kigal Shē has absolutely no effect on anyone who is empowered by the planet Venus. Fortunately, this also means that the Trump Cards of those characters have no effect on Ishtar.
- Reputation: Ishtar is notorious for her promiscuity towards the people (and gods) she likes, but also for her deep enmity towards any who dare to defy her, including the fallen King Gilgamesh of Uruk!
- Significant Other: Ishtar would like nothing better than for her older identical twin to find someone to share her heart with, even while also refusing to share her own romantic interests with Ereshkigal.
- Weakness: Ishtar will gain 1 rank of Shrinking for each hour that she spends within the Underworld, until she reaches a height of 1 foot (Shrinking 12). This also affects her attacks, with them becoming Impaired once she reaches Shrinking 4, Disabled at Shrinking 8, and Powerless at Shrinking 12. She immediately returns to her normal size once she leaves the Underworld.

Hell's Belles Brainstorm & Notes

Hell’s Belles
Premise: Everyone knows that Dahlia’s parents were James and Lily Potter; but what if everyone was wrong, at least in the case of her father? What if Dahlia had been the result of a one-night stand between Lily and an unknown Being that her mother met shortly after a huge argument with her fiancé?
Required Inclusions:
- Dahlia Potter must be born as a Nephilim (Half-Human / Half-Fallen Angel Hybrid), with all the powers that such an entity would normally possess.
- Her father must be a Fallen Angel who possesses sufficient power to be considered a Cadre by the Grigori Faction, although he can also be stronger if that is the author’s wish.
- Lily must outright refuse to give up her child due to having been raised within a Catholic household, with James ultimately deciding to magically adopt Dahlia, making her his heiress.
- Wizarding society must be largely segregated from the rest of the supernatural community, although it is up to the author whether this is due to arrogance or ignorance.
- Dahlia must not be any more powerful than a Mid-class Devil at the start of this narrative, meaning that she will have four wings at the absolute most.
- Azazel must offer to aid Dahlia in locating her father during his ongoing efforts to recruit her into the Grigori Faction.
Preferred Inclusions:
- Dahlia should withdraw from Hogwarts after Sirius’s untimely demise so that she can pursue the advanced combat and magic training that Azazel has offered her.
- The Luminescent energy which is flowing through Dahlia’s veins should destroy the Horcrux in her scar at a relatively young age.
- The Perverted Trio should become Dahlia’s favorite target for pranks, although that doesn’t mean she is necessarily going to be immune to Issei’s dragonic aura.

- Motivation: Protector: Dahlia is highly motivated to use her powers to protect others. She is willing to put herself at great risk in order to defend the lives of innocents and those she cares about.
- Relationships: Dahlia is the result of a drunken dalliance between Lily Potter (née Evans) and Azazel, the Governor General of the Grigori. Dahlia was also magically adopted by Lily's husband, which allowed her to inherit the title of Lady Potter. Lastly, she recently became the new Lady Black, which means that she'll now have to deal with all the meddlesome relationships that her predecessor was unable to do anything about before his untimely demise.
- Weakness: Dahlia is Toughness Impaired against damage from Demonic Swords and Cursed Water and such damage is also Incurable against her. Blood of the Dragon
Premise: Harry Potter had more people in his corner than he ever realized. It’s just that Headmaster Dumbledore did not want Harry associating with several of these benefactors; but sooner or later, they will find a way to meet with our young hero in spite of Dumbledore’s antics. «Major AU Departures»
Required Inclusions:
- The Carmilla and Tepes vampire factions must both agree to stay out of Voldemort’s first reign of terror, with only the dregs of their society actually being willing to aid the Death Eaters.
- Pure-Blood Vampires are fully capable of reproducing in the way humans do, however they possess the same low fertility rate as other powerful supernatural entities.
- Isabel Carmilla must have monitored Harry’s progress through the years by means of hidden agents and mystical scrying devices.
- Isabel’s interest in Harry must be multifaceted. She is both attracted to his incredible power, and also interested in him because of his mother’s contributions to the world of potion-making.
- Because of Lily’s untimely demise, Isabel must be incapable of accessing the woman’s potion recipes until such time as Harry attains his Lordship due to the fact that they are in Lily’s vault.
- Isabel and her retinue must approach Harry while he is at the Dursley residence during the summer before his fifth year at Hogwarts, since they can’t approach him at the Castle itself.
- In order to gain Harry’s support, Isabel must be very frank and open about her intentions, however she must also make it clear that some of her Factions secrets aren’t hers to tell.
- The primary romantic pairing for this story must be between Harry and Isabel, although other romantic options are still permissible, as this wouldn’t be DxD without a harem.
- In exchange for a political alliance and his mother’s potion notes, Isabel must offer to have her best warriors train Harry in combat in order to prepare him for his confrontation with Voldemort.
Preferred Inclusions:
- Harry should become a Dhampir, or something remarkably similar, due to his ongoing exposure to vampiric blood.
- Harry should gain possession of the Holy Sword known as Cortaine, with the blade possibly even replacing Ascalon in the below listed Red Dragon Emperor option.
- Harry should eventually become an Animagus, with there being a distinct preference for a dragonic form of the author’s choice.
- Harry should recommend that Isabel have her warriors thin out the numbers of Voldemort’s inner circle while they are still confined to Azkaban Prison.
- Isabel should use her body as an incentive for Harry during his ongoing combat training.
Optional Inclusions:
- Harry could replace Issei as the current wielder of Boosted Gear, which contains the sealed soul of Ddraig, the Red Dragon Emperor.
- Harry should be utterly confused by how frazzled everyone becomes around the adorable little girl known as Ophis, whom he saved from a rowdy group of Death Eaters.
Forbidden Things:
- Headmaster Dumbledore and his Bird-watching Club managing to keep the Carmilla Faction away from Harry for more than a week after the end of his fourth year at Hogwarts.
- Harry following along with the Headmaster’s Rules of Engagement.

This means that he will possess significant political power within Wizarding Society once he successfully claims those titles as his own. Unfortunately, there are those within the Ministry for Magic who would try to deny him access to these titles, including the Minister himself!
- Weakness: Harry is Toughness Impaired against effects which possess the Dragon Slaying descriptor, and the damage from those attacks is considered to be Incurable against him.

The Morrígan’s Rebirth
Premise: It would seem that Fate wasn’t done with Rina Potter even defeating the Dark Lord Voldemort. No, that was simply the beginning of an even grander journey. One which she would be a fool to pass up. For you see, she had been born as the newest incarnation of the Phantom Queen.
Required Inclusions:
- This story must involve a crossover between the worlds of Harry Potter and High School DxD. However, the author is also allowed to include elements from other fandoms.
- This story must include a female version of Harry Potter who will answer to the name of Rina.
- The romantic pairings have been left open to the author’s interpretation.
- Rina must find herself awakening The Morrígan’s divine powers shortly after she finally vanquishes the Dark Lord Voldemort, as well as gaining the standard abilities of a deity.
- Rina must experience significant difficulties in overcoming the very negative reputation that her prior incarnation developed over the centuries.
- Rina must also be very careful in how she goes about answering prayers and supplications, as well as in how she uses her Divine Blessings.
- Rina must smite at least one enemy during the course of this story, with her Divine Strike power taking the form of an Unkindness of Ravens.
Preferred Inclusions:
- Rina’s previous incarnation should have left a “How-To” manual inside of her mind that will explain the various abilities Rina now possesses and how to activate them.
- What Rina lacks in terms of power when compared to a Superdevil or Skyfather, she should more than make up for with sheer ingenuity and deviousness.
- Rina should flat out refuse to honor her predecessor’s marriage to the Irish god known as The Dagda. Possibly even hiring Vali Lucifer as an assassin if The Dagda becomes too overbearing.
Optional Inclusions:
- Rina could opt to side with the Grigori Faction, which could also lead to situations where people mistake her for a Fallen Angel, since she’ll be able to sprout raven wings.
- Rina could place a Geas on an irritating suitor who simply refuses to take “No” as an answer.
Forbidden Things:
- Rina being afraid to use her feminine assets to her advantage.
- Rina’s divine status being linked to the Deathly Hallows.
- Rina reviving the recently dead all willy-nilly.
- Rina abandoning any of her children.
- Rina the Emo Dark Lady.

- Demeaning Perception: Penemue is fully aware of just how attractive she is, and regularly uses that knowledge to her advantage. Sadly, this comes at the expense of her reputation, as people are far less likely to take her seriously when she is such a blatant tease.
- Motivation: Recognition: Penemue performs heroic deeds because she truly wants to return to the Heavenly Realms that acted as her nursery. Sadly, this will never happen, as the deity who created her no longer exists.
- Responsibility: Penemue is the Chief Secretary for the Grigori Faction, a job which comes with a whole lot of bureaucratic responsibilities.
- Weakness: Pememue is Toughness Impaired against damage from Demonic Swords and Cursed Water and such damage is also Incurable against her. This is because she was once an Angel of Heaven.

There seems to be some conflict regarding this particular Fallen's name. One source lists her name as Benemune, and another lists it as Benemue. However if you were to actually look at the myths which served as inspiration for High School DxD's Grigori Faction, you'd discover that her name should actually be Penemue. The conflict however, seems to be derived from the fact that the Japanese word "Mune" refers to feminine charm point that Issei is so obsessed with.

Here Comes the Sun
Premise: The age of the Mesopotamian Pantheon came to an end a long time ago, but what if one of those deities put plans into place so that she would one day be revived alongside her two favored siblings? And what if one of those revivals occurred at the same moment in which Harry Potter vanquished the “Lord” Voldemort?
Required Inclusions:
- Harry Potter must be the reincarnation of the Mesopotamian deity known as Shamash (aka Utu), the God of Justice, Morality, Truth and the Sun.
- Meanwhile, Daphne and Astoria Greengrass must be the ‘reincarnations’ of the Mesopotamian deities known as Ereshkigal and Ishtar (aka Inanna) respectively.
- Harry must formally break off his relationship with Ginny Weasley in order to rekindle the relationship that Shamash enjoyed with his siblings, Ereshkigal and Ishtar.
- The initial conflict in this story must revolve around Harry and Astoria’s efforts to reclaim the titles of King & Queen of Heaven, which were effectively stolen from them by the Biblical God.
- Harry must be willing to at least try to negotiate with the angels who now inhabit Heaven, even if his quasi-sisters would prefer to simply lay siege to Heaven, as this is part of his domain.
- Harry must possess the same basic abilities and general power level as Baldr, the Norse god of light, since this was approximately how powerful Shamash was in antiquity.
Preferred Inclusions:
- Hades should have taken up residence within the palace of Ganzir, leading to yet another major conflict between the siblings and those who came after the Mesopotamian Pantheon.
- Harry could find himself betrothed to the Seraph known as Gabriel as a result of his negotiations with Heaven, much to the amusement of his quasi-sisters.
- The Devils of the Underworld and Grigori should also take an interest in Harry and his quasi-sisters; however, the exact nature of their interest is up to the author.
Optional Inclusions:
- Daphne could find herself becoming very annoyed at Hades’ apparent immunity to her favorite hex. This is because he does seem to lack the requisite anatomical features.

- Fame: Harry is famous within Wizarding Britain for the part he played in the defeat of the dark wizard styling himself as "Lord Voldemort."

- Motivation: Doing Good: As the God of Justice and Morality, Harry is devoted to upholding the standards of goodness and order.
