Also, Consecrated Ground as an HQ Feature was seemingly created by Bladewind for his Gargoyles: Defenders of the Night setting. The effect is basically identical to the Mystic Locale feature from Better Mousetrap, except it is keyed for religious installations instead of magical ones. What it does is to prevent Immortals (from Highlander) from engaging in battle while within the territory, and also to prevent Creatures of Darkness from entering the installation without permission. Creatures whose Power Level exceeds the Installation are allowed to make a DC [10 + HQ PL] Will Check to ignore the aforementioned effects, however they will be vulnerable to counterattacks from anyone inside the protection of that installation, even other Immortals in the case of a Highlander setting.
