Which given that she seems to be more attached to Ilia than to Link in the canonical Twilight Princess, that might not be too far off the mark.

Complications
- Motivation: Doing Good: Gabi wishes to use her abilities to make a difference for the good of all one day.
- Power Loss: Spellcasting for Gabi and others like her is rather difficult, and she generally requires both the ability to perform the necessary gestures and incantation, as well as a wand or other focusing implement in order to allow her the ability to focus her intent towards a target. Without those, she is mostly unable to cast any spells, unless it is accidental and therefore uncontrolled.
- Relationship: Gabi is the beloved younger sister of Fleur Delacour, the Champion of Beauxbatons in the Triwizard Tournament.
- Reputation: Veela are known to be very beautiful and to have a "unnatural" power over the minds of males who are able to see them. This tends to piss a lot of women off as they can be seen as attempting to steal boyfriends and husbands even when that isn't the Veela's intention.
- Spindly Wand Waver: Most Witches and Wizards, such as Gabi herself, spend so much time devoted to the development of their art that they have little time to devote to learning how to utilize a weapon or the associated armor. This means that often times the most armor they can get away with would be leather jackets and the like, and that daggers, staves and other things typically associated with spellcraft are the most complicated weapons they tend to use.
- Superior Airs: Because of their extensive and cultured history, Veela tend to view the members of most other species with slight to strong derision, especially the male members of those species. If you’re not a Veela, you’re an inferior person. The problem that arises with this, is that Veela need the cooperation of the male members of those other species in order to continue the legacy of their own all-female species.

- Disability: King Dodongo lacks opposable thumbs and thus has limited ability to manipulate objects. Furthermore, it is incapable of speaking any sentient dialect save perhaps for Parseltongue or the equivalent Lizalfos, and likely would ignore you if you tried talking to it.
- Power Loss: King Dodongo can only utilize it's Fiery Breath power once every 1d4 combat rounds.
- Weakness: King Dodongo's primary weakness is that it has no Impervious Toughness against Area Attacks (As noted above). This means everything from a blasting charm to a flamethrower hex would have full effect... okay well not a flamethrower hex on account of the fact that this thing is immune to fire damage.

Premise: “... They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.” — Isaiah 40:31
Required Inclusions:
- Lily must have slept with Warren Worthington III.
- Warren must either not know about Harry’s existence, or else have left Harry in the care of the Potter family in an effort to protect him (the former seems more probable).
- Harry must be paired with at least one of the following girls: Rachel Summers, Hope Summers, Lorna Dane, Wanda Maximoff, Illyana Rasputina, Kitty Pryde, Rahne Sinclair, or Amora.
- Harry must be limited to a primary and secondary mutation, though each mutation can possess “Power Stunts” within it. Magic does not count as a mutation.
- Harry’s powers manifesting any earlier than his third year at Hogwarts.
- Even though Harry won’t wish for Warren to step in and raise him, the two must be on good terms with one another and recognize each other as family, even if not in a paternal sense.
- The Wizarding World must view Mutants as being a “Muggle Problem.”
- Harry must be one of the few, if not the only, mutant at Hogwarts.
Preferred Inclusions:
- Warren being a Squib cousin of James’s that slept with Lily when James realized that it would be the only way that he was infertile himself and that it was the only option he had to continue the legacy of the House of Potter that wouldn’t piss off the more highbrow Pure-Bloods.
- Harry having abilities similar, if not identical, to Warren himself.

Complications
- Enemy: Contrary to common belief, the Dark Lord Voldemort is not dead (see Fame), and is instead lying in wait until an opportunity presents itself so that he can return to power and then subsequently kill Harry before going on to conquer and/or destroy the rest of the world.
- Fame: Harry is famous for being the only person in recorded history to have survived being struck by a successfully cast Killing Curse. He is also famous due to the fact that in the same incident, the Dark Lord Voldemort mysteriously disappeared as though he had never existed.
- Honor: Harry adheres to a strict code of honor. He always keeps his given word.
- Marked: Harry has a scar on his forehead that makes it all but impossible to hide who he is from the wizarding masses. This means that wherever he tends to go, there is a good to even odds that someone, usually a witch or wizard, will recognize him and try to gain his attention in some way (see Fame).
- Motivation: Doing Good: Harry is known to have a "Saving People Thing", in that he just can't seem to stop himself from saving some nebulous "Damsel in Distress" no matter who they are, or what they may need to be saved from. The possible exception, is if they have ever hurt his friends and loved ones, and even then he still might.
- Prophecy Bound: Harry is bound by a prophecy that says he is the only person in the whole entire world with the power to properly defeat the Dark Lord Voldemort (see Enemy & Fame), and end his various reigns of terror once and for all... or else that he will be killed by the Dark Lord Voldemort while attempting to execute that goal.

All The Strange, Strange Creatures
Premise: Nearly a decade and a half ago, Harry Potter vanished from the home of his aunt and uncle. Now, he has returned to the land of his birth with powers that are seemingly beyond the understanding of the local magicals, watch and be amazed as he and his girlfriend begin making waves among the magicals of Britain!
Required Inclusions:
- All moral alignments are welcome, as are all pairings. However the pairing should consist of no more than 2 or 3 girls at the absolute maximum, and preferentially a single girl.
- Harry must be raised in Kamar-Taj, or by Steven Strange and have only returned to Wizarding Britain in time for the Triwizard Tournament due to a fear of losing his magic.
- Harry must have a destiny all of his own, and it can’t be what Dumbledore believes it to be.
- When Harry returns to Wizarding Britain, he must see it as a joke due to what he learned from his mentor(s) wherever it is that he winds up learning magic.
- Harry must be trained by either the aforementioned Stephen Strange, or else by the Ancient One, Wong or Mordo. Whoever trains him sees Harry not just as a student, but as a son.
- When Harry arrives at Hogwarts, his skill with magic frightens and amazes people, though some (such as Snape) simply see it as showing off.
- No matter what, Harry must not return to the Dursley family after the tournament.
Preferred Inclusions:
- Harry eventually inheriting the title of “Sorcerer Supreme” from Doctor Strange.
- Harry being a descendant of the Ancient One. This might actually be viable as the Ancient One is several centuries old.
- Somehow, don’t ask me how, Harry is actually Stephen Strange’s son. This also likely precludes him from being the Ancient One’s descendant.
- Dormammu makes Harry his heir on Earth (Uh… isn’t Dormammu evil?)
- Somehow, other MCU characters play a role in the fic.
- Harry identifies the previously unknown Seventh Infinity Stone for what it is. The “Life Stone” had formerly been known to the Wizarding Populace as the “Resurrection Stone.”
- Harry is given permission to act as the “Master” for others during his time at Hogwarts, teaching them the ways of Kamar-Taj.
Forbidden Things:
- Harry the Weak Emo Doormat.
- Harry being raised by the Dursley family for more than a year or two, tops.
- Anyone managing to lessen Harry’s powers or potential.
- The prophecy given to Dumbledore being the primary reason or even a reason at all, that Harry came back to Great Britain.
- Harry accepting the ways of Great Britain’s Wizarding Society without protest.
- Harry using his powers to the benefit of either Dumbledore or Voldemort.

Masters of the Mystic Arts Ranks:
- Novice: lowest rank in the order, and where you start. They wear white robes. Compare these to Jedi Younglings.
- Apprentices: The second lowest rank. This is where you likely actually get to start learning to do magic, rather than focusing on just martial arts exercises. They wear red robes. Compare these to Jedi Knights.
- Disciples: Otherwise known as 'Masters', these are the people who have completed their education and are able to oversee the education of others. They also get the honor of custom tailored robes. Compare these to Jedi Masters and the High Council.
- The Sorcerer Supreme: There is only one Sorcerer Supreme on any given dimensional plane at any given time (unless they are visiting a dimension they aren't natives of), they are the leaders of their dimension's equivalent to the Master's of the Mystic Arts. They are usually, but not always, the single most powerful spellcaster in the entire world. This station is currently held by The Ancient One. This is your Yoda, folks.

About the Title: That is actually the title of a musical piece composed by Murray Gold for the Doctor Who franchise and is furthermore one of the lines from another Doctor Who song entitled "Love Don't Roam." The full lyrics of Love Don't Roam is ironically fitting for a world into which mutants are just beginning to make their presence known to the public. I also chose it for the blindingly obvious connection if you know which comics Harry's adoptive mother was inspired by.

Sliding Timescale: The "Established" Harry Potter Timeline relied upon the date on which Sir Nicholas died. The date given definitely falls outside of the "Modern Age of Heroes" as defined by Marvel Comics. I am therefore more than justified to ignore the established timeline except for where it is convenient for me to use it, as I did when determining what age someone would have to be before they would be an acceptable date for Severus Snape. I will also regularly ignore the MCU and X-Men Cinematic Universe timelines unless they are convenient to me. The general rule of the day for determining when something occurs is the one used in Marvel Comics for Earth-616, which is known as "The Sliding Timescale." References to real world events if used are considered "topical" and characters will be as old or young as they need to be for the plot I am depicting. That also details my general rule of thumb for Potterverse from now on.

Complications
- Destiny: Each time they fought Voldemort and escaped with their lives, James and Lily Potter didn't just defy Voldemort, they defied their own mortality. They continued living when they should have died. Then came the night when they did die, and in one single moment, they managed to turn their deaths into a victory. In that same moment, a being far greater than any human Dark Lord could ever hope to be took notice and in doing so, marked Harry as his equal. Harry is therefore destined to one day engage Thanos, the Mad Titan in a battle where only one of the two will survive, and it has yet to be written which the survivor will be.

In other words, it mostly applies to the denizens of the Muggle World. Naturally, this means it will push Tony Stark's buttons like nothing else would if he ever finds out about it.

Complications
- Cultural Awkwardness: Jean doesn't actually see or hear ghosts, she gets psychic impressions of them if they are in her vicinity. She can then convey these impressions to others, but isn't guaranteed to be making accurate conclusions. Her time at Hogwarts would have thus, been a social disaster if not for her ability to scan the surface thoughts of nearby living people so she can figure out what is being said to her or those near her before trying to converse with a ghost! That said, her TK Weapons mean Ghosts wouldn't want to insult her either!
- Dark Side: In times of overwhelming stress it is possible that Jean's consciousness will be supressed by the absurdly powerful Cosmic Firebird that sleeps within her subconscious mind. This is not in any way, a good thing, as the Phoenix Force is not in any way a morning person! Odds are, when this occurs, someone will die a painful death and it might even be an entire planet that gets killed! In such situations, Jean can be considered to temporarily be a Power Level X character
- Hatred: As far as Jean Grey is concerned, Severus Snape should be in prison just for being in the same room as any girl under the age of 24 who happens to have red hair and green eyes. She didn't even need her telepathy to figure out what he was thinking when he first laid eyes on her, either!
- Motivation: Responsibility: Jean was inspired by Xavier's dream for peaceful coexistence between mutants and everyday humans, and her discoveries in Kamar-Taj have only intensified her wish to see that dream become a reality. And what better way to learn how to do that, than to solve the same problem within Wizarding Britain?
- Prejudice: Jean is a member of the species that Charles Xavier refers to by the term 'Homo-Superior.' In everyday vernacular, this means she is a mutant, a human with a single gene that wound up being different from a normal humans. Almost every mutant is unique, which is why Witches and Wizards are not mutants. What isn't unique is that just like Witches and Wizards, ordinary humans will be jealous of the fact that mutants have abilities they lack and will be quick to try and marginalize mutants once they properly become aware of their existence. The same thing happened in World War II, as well as Salem, and also in Medieval Europe and yet again during the height of the Roman Empire.
- Relationships: A few years ago Jean accompanied Charles Xavier, who is both her mentor and surrogate father, to Kamar-Taj so that Xavier could ask for the honor to access their historical archive. He never made it past the front gate, but Jean did as she met the main requirement, being able to walk on her own two legs. She spent about three months moving from the rank of a Novice to an Apprentice, but didn't make it very far past that. On the other hand, during that time she met the boy who has now become her boyfriend, Harry Potter. She also became aware that history has a habit of repeating itself (See Prejudice).

Scheming Ladies Brainstorm & Notes

Jaunts Through Time & Scheming Ladies
Premise: Harry Potter never expected to survive crashing headlong into a cabinet full of broken time turners. Then again, he also didn’t expect to immediately follow that crash with another, this one being into his mother’s compartment on the Hogwarts Express… which she was sharing with Narcissa Malfoy… err, Black…
Required Inclusions:
- Harry must have the ability to claim up to three Lordships by right of blood or conquest. These have to be Lordships other than the House of Black or Potter.
- Harry must travel backwards in time, and if he has them at the time, he must be stripped of the Potter and Black Lordships (see above).
- Bellatrix Black (the eldest of the Black Sisters) can’t be any older than 18, having just graduated at the time he arrived.
- Narcissa (the youngest) can’t be any younger than 14.
- The Black Sisters must each marry Harry, and each become the Lady of one of the houses that he is the Lord of.
- As should be obvious by the premise blurb, Harry will be turning 16 very shortly after arriving.
Preferred Inclusions:
- Harry having only two Lordships upon arrival, with Bellatrix somehow claiming the Black Lordship from Arcturus and upon marriage granting Harry the position of Lord Regent.
- Harry possessing the Lordship for the House of Slytherin by right of blood (primogeniture) via his mother, and also by Right of Conquest (Due to how often he defeated Voldemort).
- The sisters, and possibly also Lily, somehow trick Harry into marrying them.
- Harry arrives in the summer between Narcissa’s fourth and fifth year, and spends time with her family, ultimately marrying the Black Sisters before she is set to return to Hogwarts at the start of the next school year.
- Bellatrix and Andromeda Black are actually fraternal twin sisters, though resemble each other closely enough to cause some problems.
Forbidden Things:
- Harry moaning about how he wants to go back to his own time.
- Harry in a relationship with any of the four Marauders, Snape, Voldemort or anyone else male.
- Harry the emo doormat.

Complications
- Cultural Awkwardness: Harry comes from about twenty years into this timeline's future, and had little to no advanced warning that he would be traveling back this far into time. This sometimes leaves him saying and doing things that are badly out of context for the era he finds himself in.
- Destiny: Regardless of what time period he happens to be in, it has fallen to Harry to be the one who is destined to bring an end to the Dark Lord Voldemort's reign of terror in the most permanent of fashions possible.
- Feud: Originally Harry was sorted into Gryffindor, but in his new reality, he has found himself being sorted rather unwillingly into Slytherin House due to the hat's demand that it place him where he should have been all along. Naturally this means that he will be targeted by people such as the Marauders.
- Motivation: Doing Good: Harry will often go out of his way in order to save the life of some hapless damsel in distress. This also often leads him and those who he calls his friends, into rather harrowing situations.
- Night Terrors: Harry occasionally suffers from panic attacks while he is trying to sleep. Unlike while in his original timeline, these panic attacks are mostly brought on by his mind replaying the various traumatic events he experienced prior to falling backwards in time. This tends to make it difficult for him to get a good night's rest when they occur, but also renders it hard to actually rouse him from sleep.
- Relationships: In his original timeline, Harry was the son of James Potter and Lily Evans-Potter. That is no longer the case, and the local counter parts of his parents have no genetic relationship to him. He does however seem to remain a member of the House of Peverell, and has been granted the courtesy to use the name Flamel as a public face by the family who had been looking after the Peverell properties. Furthermore, it seems that both the Sisters Black and Lily Evans herself, are plotting something in regards to him... what could it be?

Reputation
- Lord of the Magical Realm (+6): Harry is Lord over the Houses of Peverell and Slytherin, and also the most likely to become Lord Regent to the House of Black. The problem is that very few people know these facts.

Complications
- Honor: While she knows quite a number of offensive spells, and also carries a dagger for self defense, Andromeda would prefer if she never has to use any of those things in a practical manner.
- Motivation: Doing Good: Despite being sorted into Slytherin, it is Andromeda's desire to do good things with her magical abilities and to help people in the best way that she is capable of doing. To that end, she plans on pursuing a law degree now that she has graduated from Hogwarts.

Also, the "Pack" spell is what Lupin was using to pack his bags at the end of the last movie, and is something Andy is apparently known for.

- Hatred: Lily absolutely despises James Potter and Sirius Black, and only tolerates their presence in her proximity because of her friendship with Remus Lupin. She also doesn't trust Peter Pettigrew any further than she could throw him.
- Honor: Despite being friends with two Slytherins, and a Ravenclaw, Lily is by far one of the most pure hearted individuals you could ever care to meet. It is for that reason the darkest spells in her arsenal are the Bat Bogey Hex and the Stunning Charm (which is actually more of a curse).
- Motivation: Greed: Lily is quite bound and determine to share everything, even potential boyfriends, with her best friend Narcissa Black!
- Relationship: Lily is best friends with, and quite possibly even the girlfriend of, Narcissa Black. She was quite bemused to see just where a certain someone wound up landing when he spontaneously appeared in the compartment she was sharing with her friend. She is also good friends with Alice Prince, Marlene McKinnon and Severus Snape.

- All The Guys Want Her (+13): Lily is easily the most attractive girl at Hogwarts, bar none, and it isn't hard to see why almost every boy in the school wants a chance to ask her for a date. Many of them would even ignore the fact that she isn't a Pure-Blood in order to get such an opportunity!
