Complications
- Fame: Serafall is easily the most famous female Devil in the underworld, and possibly even the most famous of the presiding Maou. She can boast such fame because she is both the Foreign Affairs Minister for the Underworld, and because she is the leading lady on the TV Show "Miracle☆Levia-tan."
- Motivation: Thrills: Trying to figure out what the truth behind Sera's motivation is, wouldn't be any easier than trying to deduce that same information in regards to Nyaruko-san. It is simply easier to classify both girls as being motivated by a thirst for excitement and high octane thrills.
- Obsession: With Magical Girls, her sister, and trying to find ways to convince Harry to do her paperwork for her, while she tries to enjoy the more entertaining parts of being a Maou! She's not having much luck with that last one.
- Responsibility: While they are technically the rulers of the Underworld, the Four Great Maou pretty much have to do whatever it is that the Heads of the Houses of Bael, Paimon, Beleth, Purson, Asmoday, Balam and Belial tell them to do, as those seven Houses are the highest ranking Houses in the 72 Pillars, and the TRUE Kings of the Underworld. Naturally they're all laughing at her over the new man in her life, much as they did when Grayfia managed to snare Sirzechs.
- Rivalry: It is a bit one sided on Sera's part, but she does see Gabriel as her biggest rival and has gone to extreme lengths in order to study the Seraph in order to get any advantage she possibly can if they should ever come into conflict with one another. Gabriel however, isn't even aware of the rivalry, nor does she care.

Build Comments: It goes without saying that what qualifies as a "Leviathan Teleport Lock" or a "Leviathan Dimensional Portal" is largely up to the Gamemaster, and that the character is free to use a Power Stunt or Ritual to bypass those general restrictions. The restrictions are simply in place since more often than not, we see Devils in this franchise making use of those complex seals on the brochures they hand out to get a coordinate lock on a location they wish to travel to.

I also greatly redacted the number of spells that she has available, while also giving Serafall a number of effects that duplicate the sort of things a D&D Bard might possess that I thought fitting given her status as the most famous television icon in the Underworld. Also, the check required flaw is largely in there for those incredibly rare occasions she rolls a natural 1 on her Expertise: Acting check, causing her to get rotten tomatoes hurled at her head instead of managing whatever effect she was aiming for.

Complications
- Fame: As she is the Seraph of Annunciation, it can be said that Gabriel is also the figurehead of heaven in general, making her one of the most famous angels in all of history.
- Honor: Gabriel is a Pure-Angel, and is therefore expected to uphold the ideals of Heaven.
- Motivation: Responsibility: As is the case with her brothers and sisters, Gabriel was inspired by her father to help shephard humanity to the best of her ability when and wherever she could.
- Relationship: It could be said that Gabriel is directly responsible for Harry becoming what he now is, as she was who answered Lily's prayers that Harry survive Voldemort's attack on the Potter family on October 31st, 1980.
- Rivalry: Although Gabriel doesn't acknowledge it, the fact remains that Serafall Leviathan views Gabriel as her personal rival. It is made worse by the fact that Gabriel's seeming refusal to acknowledge the rivalry is just making Serafall act out even more. It was ironically for this reason that Harry was hired to be Serafall's PA, because she was getting far too out of control.

Familia Supra Omnia Brainstorm and Notes

Familia Supra Omnia
Premise: How would things change if it had never been Jean Grey or Madelyne Pryor who housed two of the most powerful cosmic entities of all time, but rather that it had been a brother and sister who should have always been there for one another, yet were separated at a young age?
Required Inclusions:
- Harry Potter must be an Omega level mutant (His powers must be psionic/cosmic energy based)
- Harry must replace Jean Grey as the host/avatar of the Phoenix Force
- Harry must become the Phoenix's avatar/host at some point between the ages of 1 and 17
- Jean Grey's abilities must be powered down to that of an Alpha level mutant
- Harry must either join the X-Men or create his own side
- Harry must normally be on good terms with the Brotherhood
- Harry must be able to control the Phoenix's power and therefore not become the Dark Phoenix (Whether he can fully control the power straight away or not is up to the author)
Preferred Inclusions:
- WGWL story
- Harry being a squib
- Bashing of Dumbledore, Weasley's, Granger and the majority of the Wizarding World

Moral Corruption: When someone draws too deeply upon the powers of certain Eldritch forces, such as the Goblin Force or the Many Angled Ones (Cthulhu, Nyarlathotep, et all), it can leave a taint or blight of evil upon that person's soul. This blight can lead to a person falling prey to urges of wickedness and villainy as it becomes harder for them to make good and moral decisions with their life. For every point of this type of Corruption a character possesses, they suffer a -1 reduction in their Presence score, meaning the maximum Corruption Points a character can have is their base Presence Score + 5. The creation of a Horcrux automatically increases a person's Moral Corruption by 1 point and decreases both their Presence and Intellect instead of just their Presence.

Complications
- Curse Sworn: While she is largely passive while housed within Harry, the fact remains that the Phoenix Force and her Avatars exist for the primary purpose of burning away what doesn't work. One of those things the Phoenix Force has identified as not working, is the status quo within Wizarding Britain.
- Motivation: Doing Good: Despite how downtrodden his life has been, Harry has managed to pull ahead and turn himself into an impressive force for good. It is anyone's guess just what will happen when he first meets both the Wizarding World and the other Mutants that exist out there.
- Phenomenal Cosmic Power, Itty Bitty Living Space: Harry is one of the most powerful forces for destruction in the entire cosmos. However in spite of that fact, his current abode is beneath the stairs of his aunt and uncles home. He never managed to be rescued from that living space on account of the fact that his Hogwarts Letter never came for him.
- Relationships: Harry is the Avatar of the Phoenix Force, an existence that to his mind has taken on the persona of his dearly departed mother. She has managed to provide him much comfort over the years, and also to explain to him just what he happens to be and what they are capable of together. He is also the older brother to Dahlia Potter, the actual twin to be attending Hogwarts.
- Rivalry: The opposing power in the cosmos to the Phoenix Force is the Goblin Force, and it is the unfortunate fact of the matter that the Goblin Force has taken up residence within Dahlia, forcing the two twins to be both antagonistic towards one another, as well as to be attracted to one another like moths to a flame due to being in different gender hosts.

Complications
- Addiction: Due to being the host for the Goblin Force, Dahlia is constantly hungry. But it isn't a hunger for simple food that she feels, but rather a hunger for raw energy, the likes of which that empowers her brother, and which enables other Witches and Wizards to perform their magic. This can often lead her to do things she would have otherwise not done in other circumstances.
- Enemy: Dahlia is the more visible of the Potter siblings, and has actively fought against the ACTUAL Voldemort in her first year at Hogwarts. In that same year, Voldemort had been in attendance at the school, and is therefore aware of the fact that Harry has apparently turned up as a squib. This means that Voldemort's focus is primarily turned towards Dahlia. Despite that fact, it is Dahlia's brother who is the bigger threat to Voldemort, as Harry knows what the secret to his survival is.
- Fame: Dahlia is quite famous within Wizarding Britain as the "Girl Who Lived." Most people don't even care that her brother had been in the same room anymore due to the fact that most of them are under the assumption that he is a powerless Squib.
- Honorable Dark Witch: Dahlia doesn't actively use her telepathy on people, so she often doesn't realize when people are in need of her to save them from something like a cursed diary, which in turn leads to her brother swooping in and doing the heroic stunts for her and leaving her pissed off that she missed him again.
- Motivation: Thrills: Dahlia lives primarily to satisfy her addiction in the most enjoyable manner possible. She also has learned how to achieve that goal by making the act enjoyable for her victims too.
- Power Loss: The Cloak of Invisibility wasn't meant to come into Dahlia's possession. Therefore it doesn't work at it's optimal setting for her the way it would have done if it had been given to Harry instead.
- Relationship: Dahlia is the host for the Goblin Force, and the younger twin sister of Harry Potter. Unlike Harry, she isn't entirely aware of what her true nature is, as the Goblin Force hasn't seen fit to inform her of that fact and her demonic goblin minions don't particularly like her.
- Rivalry & Quirk: While their cosmic forces are opposed to one another, Dahlia doesn't so much want to eradicate the Phoenix Force (even if she knew it existed), she wants to seduce it.

Complications
- Curse Sworn: Summer has wound up being the first individual to become one of Harry's Phoenix Shards, and it was quite by accident. She's not quite sure what to think of the whole situation, but is for now humoring him.
- Gymnast Physique: Summer is very petite in terms of her body proportions and height. This is on account of her focusing on her acrobatics more than raw physical brutality in her time with the X-Men, making for her being built rather similarly to how a professional gymnast would be built. This also has the drawback of making her less appealing to boys in her age group due to her not being as stacked as someone like Jean Grey happens to be.
- Motivation: Responsibility: Summer, like many of her fellow X-Men, has been inspired by the dream that Charles Xavier has shared with them. A dream of a world where mutants and normal humans can live in peace and harmony. Summer tries to help him in achieving that dream.
- Overwhelming Power: If she is deprived of her Starbolt Visor, Summer will be burdened with the unfortunate drawback where her eyes will release a constant stream of energy that can reach a distance of as much as 120 feet away from her location, and which will deal Rank 12 force damage to anything it hits. This is a line area effect as well. Additionally, this is entirely beyond her ability to control, although her ruby quartz sunglasses can work as a substitute for her Starbolt Visor.
- Relationship: Teddy has a rather heavy crush on Jean Grey. She also has a younger brother named Alexander Scott, who has become the X-Man known as Havok as of recently.

Complications
- Enemies: Aquaria (also known as Namora) has been actively performing heroic deeds within the world since at least the late 1940's. She has therefore earned the right to a rather impressive rogue's gallery. Many of the members of her rogue's gallery are shared with her cousin.
- Motivation: Patriotism: Aquaria is devoted to the kingdom of Atlantis as well as to Lemuria. However, she is also incredibly curious about the world her mother hails from, and as such spends long periods of time in the surface world.
- Phobia: Due to an incident where Aquaria had to be rescued from being burned alive due to her own carelessness, she has gained a massive case of pyrophobia. Naturally, this will be a problem for her now that she has become one of Harry's Phoenix Shards.
- Relationship: Aquaria Nautica is the cousin to his Royal Majesty, King Namor of Atlantis. The two of them have been remarkably close friends of one another since their childhood when Aquaria was the one who managed to save Namor from being permanently stuck inside a torpedo tube, much to his eternal embarrassment.
- Weakness: Toxic waste is the biggest weakness that Atlanteans possess. They suffer an additional degree of failure when trying to resist the effects of such substances. Additionally, Atlanteans require near constant submersion in water in order to sustain themselves, although Aquaria like her cousin, can exist outside of water for protracted periods. Every three hours without submersion causes her to gain a condition along the Impaired, Disabled and Incapacitated track, with a further three hours after Incapacitation leading to the dying condition.
