Help on Character Build

I'm building a replacement character for an ongoing game and wanted to have other eyes look over the sheet for feedback purposes.

The idea is someone with massive sensory and mental capabilities who can come in and be capable of generating information and leads for the more action oriented members of the group. Right now, the group has a lot of heavy hitters who end up sitting on their hands for 3/4's of a session because the investigation phases take so much time. The team also has no science oriented member, so I'm looking to fill that void, as well.

With that out of the way, here's the statblock:

a few mechanical things that strike me:

Skills are purchased 2 per PP - you spent 55 points
Quickness 3, Limited to one type of task is the same cost as Quickness 4
(Not trying to min max you, but this stood out to me)

Omni Senses if I read correctly has Vision Penetrates Concealment, but you have X-Ray vision later on. Did I miss read?

Do you have the Sensory Power Profile? That might be a good inspiration point. In reading the stats, I get the impression that a Limited Post Cognition power might be useful as well.

Counters Concealment does not Penetrate Cover which is what the X-Ray is. The Limited Postcognition isn't a bad idea, thanks!

Okay. Here's an update on the sheet. The really extensive senses have been broken up into two parts, one that is "always on" and one that requires that he concentrate on. He's still very capable of ruining Investigation missions, so it may still be overboard (I have not heard back from my GM yet!)

I've also corrected the equipment issues that were pointed out and added some "Locate Weakness" types of effects.
