Captain Marvel
Weight Class: Heavyweight
Full Name: William “Billy” Batson (secret)
Appearance: Captain Marvel appears as a tall (roughly 6’4”), muscular man in his early 30s with wavy black hair, handsome features and a prominent chin. His eyes tend to squint and he is almost always smiling broadly. He wears a predominantly red costume with a military-style jacket flap, highlighted with yellow trim, as well as yellow boots, armbands and a yellow belt. On his chest is a broad lightning bolt symbol. He also wears a short white cape trimmed with gold that tends to be draped over one shoulder. Image 1.
Billy Batson appears to be anywhere from a child of twelve to a teenager in his later teens, generally on the shorter side, but in good shape. He has an unruly mop of black hair and like the Captain, is frequently smiling. Image 1.

Abilities: Captain Marvel possesses the Power of Shazam, which grants him the powers of several heroes and gods of mythology.
The Wisdom of Solomon gives him a wealth of information and advice, as well as detecting magic and translating languages for him.
The Strength of Hercules and Stamina of Atlas gives him strength, durability and stamina rivaling Superman or the Hulk. The Stamina of Atlas also allows him to survive without food or air.
The Power of Zeus allows him boost or improve his other abilities temporarily, though the larger the boost, the more it drains him. For instance, Cap can use the Power of Zeus to increase the power of his punches, amp the Stamina of Atlas to resist being transformed or improve the Wisdom of Solomon so that he can see through illusions.
The Courage of Achilles makes Cap immune to fear effects and grants him considerable fighting and tactical knowledge.
The Speed of Mercury allows him to move and fly at superhuman speeds.
The Power of Shazam makes Cap highly resistant to magical effects as well as provides him a kind of badge of authority that is recognized in the supernatural community. It also offers numerous small benefits, such as being able to communicate with others in the vacuum of space.
The Shazam lightning that the Captain uses to transform can be used as an offensive weapon if timed properly, though using it always carries some risk. One mis-timed action can result in either catastrophic damage, or the Captain being turned back into Billy Batson.
The Rock of Eternity allows the Captain to travel to any point in time and space, including other dimensions, alternate realities or points in history.

Backstory: Overnight, young Billy Batson lost his entire world. His parents were murdered by criminals, his twin sister was lost in the confusion, and the relative meant to care for him instead stole his inheritance and left Billy homeless on the streets. But instead of succumbing to despair, Billy held on to hope, refusing to use these bad circumstances as an excuse to become a worse person. For several years he not only survived, but thrived, and it was this unshakable spirit that caused the young boy to be selected by the ancient the ancient wizard Shazam, to inherit carry on the elder mage’s life long battle against evil. Now, whenever Billy speaks the Wizard’s name, he is transformed by a bolt of magic lightning into Captain Marvel, the World’s Mightiest Mortal.

Personality: Billy Batson is a kind, generous and genuinely empathic young man with an incorruptible spirit. He makes friends easily, is genuinely humble about his achievements, has an easy smile and sense of humor, and sincerely wants to help everyone. He has an inquisitive nature that can get him into trouble, but his courage and cleverness frequently get him out of it. He views the world with a genuine sense of wonder, though the tragedies he’s suffered prevent any type of naivety. Above all else, he believes in the power of hope and the ability of the human spirit to overcome its worse nature. As Captain Marvel, Billy is able to more freely act on his heroic impulses, and that freedom often results in him cracking a lot of corny “dad jokes”. However, his greatest gift is his ability to befriend others, and in doing so, inspire a sense of relief and hope whenever he arrives to help.

Firebird
Weight Class: Middleweight
Full Name: Bonita Juarez (Secret Identity)
Appearance: Image 1: https://dd2d9j2i66w9u.cloudfront.net/wp ... 50x325.jpg Image 2: https://i.pinimg.com/originals/7e/10/12 ... fc46c0.jpg

Abilities: As Firebird, she has the power of pyrokinesis, which enables her to mentally excite the atoms in an object until it spontaneously combusts and allows her to perform the following:
By using her powers to ignite the air around her, she can surround herself with an aura of flames that often takes the shape of a bird, and if she focuses her flames downwards in a tight stream, she can propel herself through the air like a rocket.
She can channel her powers through her hands to seemingly project searing thermal blasts from her body (actually from her mind), capable of melting steel.
She can fly by riding wind currents stirred up by the nimbus of fire with which she surrounds herself while flying. Although she can propel herself at superhuman speeds, she cannot breathe at those speeds without skin protection and an oxygen supply. Fatigue impairs her performance after approximately one hour of peak expenditure of power.
She has also displayed a limited power of precognition, allowing her to have glimpses of the future.

Backstory: Bonita Juarez was born in Taos, New Mexico. She was a social worker and a devout Roman Catholic, who, while walking in the deserts of Albuquerque, New Mexico, came into contact with a radioactive meteorite fragment. The radiation altered her DNA, and gave her the power to generate flames and heat, and even fly. Believing her gifts came from God, she assumed the mythical bird's name, and donned a costume. As Firebird, she received a distress call from the Avengers, and mistakenly battled the Hulk. *She joined with other Latino metahumans (forming a team called Los Defensores) and fought the Corruptor and Despero, rescuing Rick Jones in the process, who had actually sent the signal.*

Personality: Originally Bonita was a somewhat naive girl possessed of amazing powers that she did not understand. Recently she gained a tougher streak during combat though this did not dampen her religious beliefs or her generally pleasant nature.

Batgirl
Weight Class: Middleweight
Full Name: Cassandra Cain (Secret Identity)
Appearance: Batgirl wears a costume of skintight, head-to-toe nomex/kevlar weave, with leather accessories. Her cowl, utility belt, boots, and gloves are made of leather. Most striking is her faceless, eyeless, bat-eared cowl and swirling scalloped cape. Image
Abilities:
Read Body Language: Cassandra is able to read body language to an uncanny degree and anticipate opponents' actions.
Master Martial Artist: Cassandra is one of the most skilled martial artists on the planet.
Master of Stealth: Cassandra is amongst the sneakiest members of the Batman Family, able to sneak up on Bruce himself.
Utility Belt and Bat-Gadgets: Although she relies on them less than many other members of the Batman Family, Cassandra has a utility belt full of bat-gadgets: batarangs, grappling hooks, shuriken, smoke bombs, lockpicks, and so forth.
Backstory: Like the rest of the Batman family, Cassandra has no superhuman powers. As a child, she received intensive training by her father, along with several other members of the League of Assassins, including Bronze Tiger, Merlyn the archer, and a series of instructors hired by her father, including Alpha. Upon taking the mantle of Batgirl, she was trained further by Batman, Oracle, Black Canary, and by Lady Shiva. She received supplementary instruction from Onyx. She is an amazing hand-to-hand combatant and is highly-skilled in several martial arts. She was also very trained in detective methods by Tim Drake during their time in Blüdhaven.

Cassandra's superiority in combat results not just from her excellent physical condition, but from her cognitive functions (the result of her idiosyncratic upbringing) that enables extraordinary feats of coordination as well as perceiving minute changes in an opponent's movements and body language. In Batgirl #14 (May 2001), the writer, Kelley Puckett, places Cassandra in a position within the story in which her skills are analyzed by a group of government experts. The creative team reveal to the reader that the character has no metagene. Yet her genetic status was felt to be incompatible with her recorded abilities. One expert states, "Her individual moves are borderline human. It's her aggregate speed that's metahuman. Look—humans can throw a 100 miles-per-hour fastball, smash concrete blocks with their heads, and run 4.2 forties. What they can't do is all of that at once. It's not so much physical as... as mentally impossible. Too much to coordinate."

Her upbringing using body language as her exclusive mode of communication also had the effect of enabling her to "read" minute changes in an opponent's expressions, breathing, muscles, joint position, and center of gravity which in turn allows her to see or "predict" an opponent's moves before they happen. It is possible this ability is only partially the result of her upbringing and that there is a genetic predisposition to it since Lady Shiva, Cassandra's mother, is the only other martial artist known in the DC universe to have this ability. When a telepath "rewired" Cassandra's brain to allow her speech, this had the unintended consequence of blocking her ability to "predict" attacks, as though her ability to comprehend physical language was traded for her ability to speak and read. Eventually, Lady Shiva helped her to regain this ability, but how this was done is never revealed. "

Cassandra also exhibits extraordinary resistance to pain. On more than one occasion she has been described as "being able to take a bullet wound and not even bat an eye", due to additional training received as a child.

Personality: Cassandra is introverted and withdrawn, she has a laconic sense of humor but takes a while to befriend others.

Buffy Summers
Weight Class: Middleweight
Full Name: Elizabeth "Buffy" Anne Summers (Identity Public, Slayer Status Secret)
Appearance: Tiny perky blonde girl. Image
Abilities: List of character attributes, skills, powers, equipment and the like.
Super-Strength: Buffy is far stronger, tougher, and faster than her tiny blonde frame would appear. Easily able to match vampires and demons in strength.
Peak Human Athleticism: Buffy is a preternaturally skilled athlete and gymnast.
Natural Combat Ability: Buffy has a inutitve aptitude for weapons and unarmed combat, which has been honned by extensive training and pratical experience.
Supernatural Senses: Buffy has something of a sixth sense which sometimes alerts her to supernatural threats. She also sometimes experinces prophetic visions in her dreams.
Backstory: Buffy is the Chosen One, also called the Slayer, with powers to help her defeat vampires and other demonic forces. Her abilities including superhuman strength, speed, agility, reflexes, stamina, and accelerated healing (although this last bit is "off panel" as far as M&M3e rules are concerned). Buffy also seems to possesses an enhanced type of Slayer precognition that warns her of impending danger through her dreams. For example, her dreams warned her of both her death by the hands of the Master and of Angel's death; soon after, Angel lost his soul and reverted to Angelus, holding true to her vision. Later on in the series Buffy dreams of Faith, she talks to her and finds a way to defeat the Mayor through this vision, she also has similar visions of past Slayers.

In addition, Buffy exhibits a strong ability to lead others in a crisis situation. She has a very strong and perseverant spirit as well as a natural aptitude for leadership... despite all appearences to the contrary. Buffy often comes off as a dumb blonde, especially when it comes to name recollection, however she usually beats her more analytically intelligent comrades to an understanding of the problems at hand. These realizations cannot be entirely attributed to her Slayer senses, Buffy is naturally intuititve and courageous.

Personality: Buffy is normally a perky and upbeat California girl, but becomes a serious and driven leader when threatened.

Live Moore
Weight Class: Where you figure the character ranks in the Power Rankings listed on page one.
Full Name: Olivia "Liv" Moore, M.D. (Identity Public, Zombie Status Secret)
Appearance: As a Zombie Liv has hair and skin that are so light, they are practically white. Her eyes are still the same shade of blue although her eyes do turn red when she loses control and have dark circles around them. The way she dresses has almost become more dark and Goth because of the transformation. Image
Abilities: List of character attributes, skills, powers, equipment and the like.
Living Dead Girl: Liv is an undead zombie, with all that entails: she's stronger and tougher than most humans, doesn't need to breath, isn't affected by poisons and toxins, and so forth. She's been shot at point blank range, only to stand up momenets latter unfazed. The only weakness of zombies appears to be severe head trauma.
Memory Absorption: When she consumes a new brain, she absorbs the memories of the deceased. They appear as visions and are usually quite violent, since the victims are mostly victims of homicide.
Trait and Skill Absorption: When she consumes the brain of a person, she temporarily absorbs some of their traits and skills, such as knowing how to speak a language they knew or knowing martial arts.
"Full-On Zombie Mode": When in danger or in the midst of a violent confrontation, Liv's zombie characteristics fully surface, causing her eyes to turn into those of a zombie's and allowing her to perform incredible feats; she gains access to greatly enhanced physical strength and speed.
Zombie Plauge: By scratching a victim, zombies can create new zombies and pass on their powers.
Backstory: Liv was once a normal young human woman, with a handsome fiancee, working as a medical resident at the local hospital. During one night at a party that turned into a "zombie feeding frenzy", she was scratched by a zombie. She fell into the lake and eventually dies, only to wake up in a body bag as a zombie herself. All of her loved ones believe her to be suffering from PTSD after the incident at the boat party, which changed Liv. In the aftermath of her becoming a zombie, Liv chooses to break off her engagement in fear of also turning him into a zombie. Liv became a medical examiner in order to secure a supply of the human brains she needs to stay humane and avoid becoming a feral monster. As a side-effect of eating brains, Liv takes on the "donor's" personality traits and sometimes has post-cognative "visions" of their life. She uses this knowledge to help solve homicides and mysterious deaths.

Personality: Liv is usually described as being disciplined, very energetic, and something of a type-A personality. Despite this, Liv is a loyal friend and an overall positive individual.

‡※‡※‡※‡※‡※‡※‡※‡※‡※‡※‡※‡※‡

Mary Marvel
Weight Class: Heavyweight
Full Name: Mary Bromfield (Secret Identity)
Appearance: Mary Marvel appears as a talled, beautiful, athletic young lady in her early Twenties, with wavy black hair. She has piercing blue eyes and is almost always smiling broadly. She wears a predominantly red costume a short red shift, highlighted with yellow trim, as well as yellow boots and a yellow belt. On her chest is a broad lightning bolt symbol. She also wears a short white cape trimmed with gold. Image

Mary Bromfield is a teenage girl in her later teens, a bit on the short and skinny side, but in good shape. She has mousy brown hair, and despite her shyness, is frequently smiling. Image 2
Abilities: Mary Marvel possesses the Power of Shazam, which grants her the powers of several heroes and gods of mythology.
Backstory: Mary Bromfield was born Mary Batson, but adopted by the Bromfield family as an infant never knowing about her twin brother Billy. Like her brother, Mary has been granted the power of the wizard Shazam, and has but to speak the wizard's name to be transformed into the superpowered Mary Marvel.
Personality: Like her brother, Mary is a kind, generous and genuinely empathic young woman with an incorruptible spirit. However, she tends to be a bit more pragmatic and sensible than her brother. They are technically twins, but have something of "big sister / little brother" relationship. Yet as Captain Marvel and Mary Marvel, this dynamic is inverted with Mary generally defering to the Captain's leadership.

El Dorado has never revealed the source of his power. *But he does admit that the last statement is true. He came from a long line of magicians whose sacred duty was to guard the world from the alien mummy, Ku Tu The Eternal.*
Personality: Bombastic and full of machismo, El Dorado can rub people (including norteamericanos) the wrong way but he means well. He is rather fond of being vague and cryptic when explaining mystical matters.

Bane
Weight Class: Middleweight.
Full Name: Unknown.
Appearance: Big, muscular and tattooed. Wears his mask most of the time. Image:https://www.writeups.org/wp-content/upl ... Simone.jpg
Abilities: Bane is a strong warrior and tactician.
Bane is a skilled combatant, specializing in many martial arts including Muay Thai and Wrestling.
Occasional usage of Venom, a highly addictive steroidal compound enhances his physical abilities, including his strength (up to ten tons) and healing process, to superhuman levels. Bane sometimes requires a specialized tank to help control the amount of Venom which he injects into his body.

Backstory: Bane's father, Edmund Dorrance (better known as King Snake), had been a revolutionary who had escaped the Caribbean nation of Santa Prisca's court system. The corrupt government decreed that his young son would serve out the man's life sentence, and thus Bane spent his childhood and early adult life in prison. Although he was imprisoned, his natural abilities allowed him to develop extraordinary skills within the prison's walls. He read as many books as he could get his hands on, spent most of his spare time body building in the prison's gym, developed his own form of meditation, and learned to fight in the merciless school of prison life. Because of the cultural and supposed geographical location of Santa Prisca, Bane knew how to speak and read English, Spanish (his native tongue), Portuguese and Latin. Despite his circumstances, he found teachers of various sorts during his incarceration, ranging from hardened convicts to an elderly Jesuit priest, The prison's controllers soon took note of Bane and eventually forced him to become a test subject for a mysterious drug known as Venom, which had killed all other subjects. The Peña Duro prison Venom experiment nearly killed Bane at first, but he survived and found that the drug vastly increases his physical strength, although he needs to take it every 12 hours (via a system of tubes pumped directly into his brain) or he will suffer debilitating side-effects. Upon his escape, Bane became a successful mercenary before his ambitions turned to destroying Batman, about whom he had heard many stories of. Gotham fascinated Bane because, like Peña Duro, fear rules Gotham - but it is the fear of Batman . Bane almost succeeds in his plans but failed. Blaming his failure on his addiction to Venom, Bane swore to kick the habit with mixed results. *Seeking a new purpose in life other than being a mere thug for hire, Bane teamed with Los Defensores.*

Personality: While highly devious and prone to violence, Bane has a code of honor which is often at odds with his mercenary streak. Due to his past history, he has no sympathy to corrupt governments, drug dealers or those who harm the innocent. While he loathes his Venom addiction, he stubbornly insists on dealing with it himself rather than going for medical treatment or attend substance abuse programs. Doctors don't rate high on his buddy list.

Living Lightning
Weight Class: Middleweight.
Full Name: Miguel Santos (Secret Identity).
Appearance: Image: http://cdn2.dailytrend.mx/media/bi/medi ... ning-2.jpg
Abilities: Skilled street fighter; Flight at sub-light speeds; Electrical manipulation.
Living Lightning has the ability to transform his body into electrical plasma with no mass.
He can fly at sub-light speed, withstanding the vacuum of space.
In his electrical form, he can surround himself with a protective electrical force field that is impervious to most physical and energy attacks.
Miguel also possesses the ability to fire and manipulate bursts of electricity and electrical fields of varying intensities in his solid form, however, he must wear a special containment suit to retain a solid form.

Backstory: Miguel Santos was born in East Los Angeles, California. Miguel's father, Carlos, was a member of an extremist group called the Legion of the Living Lightning. In a misguided attempt by the Legion to gain control of the Hulk, the group battled him. The Legion was thus destroyed, and Carlos was killed. Hoping to salvage his father's name, high school student Miguel broke into the Legion's headquarters to learn more about their work. While exploring, Miguel unwittingly turned on one of the Legion's machines and was transformed into a being of living energy.

Initially, a confused Miguel clashed with the West Coast Avengers and was apparently killed during the conflict. Later, he turned up alive and was captured by the villain, Doctor Demonicus, and was coerced to join the Pacific Overlords. *After a brief, unwilling foray into crime, Miguel aided Los Defensores, and then joined the team. He eventually decided to become an reservist member while attending college. While he occasionally serves with the team, Miguel gave up active membership to concentrate on his studies.*

Recently his admission to the rumors he was a proud member of the LGBT community caused considerable backlash though his team has stuck by him.

Personality: Brave to a fault. Living Lightning hides his insecurities in a devil may care attitude but can be quite touchy and short tempered about certain subjects such as his sexuality and his father's sordid past.

*-Alternate Earth history.

Sunspot
Weight Class: Cruiserweight.
Full Name: Roberto "Bobby" DaCosta (Secret Identity).
Appearance: Image: https://vignette.wikia.nocookie.net/sup ... 1115152015
Abilities: Sunspot is a mutant whose cells have the ability to absorb solar energy and convert it for use as physical strength though it does not make him invulnerable i.e. bulletproof. At will, he is able to take on a superhuman "powered up" form that is entirely nonreflective black, save for his eyes which turn a solid bright white. Though the color black optimizes solar absorption, he absorbs solar power at all times, not only when he is in his "powered up" form. If he has not absorbed sufficient amounts of solar energy in normal form, he will be too weak to "power up". Likewise, when not in direct sunlight, use of his superhuman strength rapidly exhausts the stores of energy within his body.
Ability to create thermal updrafts for flight.
Sunspot has the power to project concussive blasts of solar energy.
Increase his physical strength (can lift up to 25 tons).

Backstory: Sunspot is Roberto DaCosta, a Brazilian male, born and raised in Rio de Janeiro and the son of wealthy Brazilian businessman Emmanuel DaCosta and a redheaded American archaeologist Nina Daosta. His father is described as a very driven man. Emmanuel constantly pushes his son to reach for both his physical and intellectual limits. Thanks to his father's encouragement, Roberto rose to the position of star soccer player at school and was considered by recruiters for the Olympic Games.

Shortly before his fourteenth birthday (as best can be determined; there are conflicting references) Roberto was playing a soccer game with his team (the Thunderbolts) against their arch-rivals, the Dynamos. Racist members of the Dynamos assaulted Roberto during the game, and in response Roberto took matters into his own hands, initiating a fight on the field. While taking a brutal beating, his mutant powers manifested, suddenly transforming him into a creature of solid black solar energy. Surprised and terrified, people abandoned the stadium, and only his girlfriend, Juliana Sandoval, refused to abandon him. Within a matter of days, a mutant-hating faction led by Donald Pierce and employing Hellfire Club mercenaries kidnap Juliana, luring Roberto into a trap. He engages the kidnappers, but is eventually defeated when his power reserve runs out. *Other metahumans named El Dorado and Arana rescue him. In the course of the following battle, Juliana sacrifices her life for Roberto, jumping in front of a bullet meant for him. After the rescue, Roberto joins Arana and El Dorado in pursuit of Donald Pierce. The three are joined by Bane and together they defeated Pierce. Later responding to a distress signal by Rick Jones, the group teamed with Firebird against the Hulk and became Los Defensores. Upon his father's death, Roberto became the team's sole financial backer.*

Personality: Insufferably arrogant and a firm believer of high social statuses and money solves all problems, Sunspot remains a hero at heart.

Araña
Weight Class: Cruiserweight.
Full Name: Anya Corazon (Secret Identity).
Appearance: Image: http://www.heromachine.com/wp-content/u ... orazon.png Image 2 (Exoskeleton): https://i.pinimg.com/originals/42/1a/26 ... 6db779.jpg
Abilities: Araña possesses superhuman strength (able to lift three tons), speed, stamina, reflexes/reactions, agility, coordination, balance, and endurance.
She had the ability to cling to walls and move along them with practiced ease.
Araña invented spider-like grappling hooks, which she uses to swing from buildings and as whip-like weapons.
She can sprout a spider-like exoskeleton around her body which enhanced her physical abilities and protects her from damage.

Backstory: On her first day at Milton Summers High School in Fort Greene, Brooklyn, Anya Corazon is caught in a skirmish between two mystical clans called The Spider Society and the Sisterhood of the Wasp, and is mortally wounded. To save her life, *El Dorado* a mage allied to the Spider Society, performs a ritual on her by giving her a spider-shaped tattoo that endows her with spider-like powers, and recruits her to be a Hunter for the Society. The Society offers Araña various costumes, but Araña decides to make her own costume. She designs a costume with red and blue sneakers, blue track pants, red backpack, red gloves with many pockets, and large yellow-lensed goggles. As part of her powers an insectoid exoskeleton covers most of her body with a bug-like bluish skin. In place of equipment like web-shooters or spider tracers, Araña created her own modified bolas out of discs that are about the size of her palm and have eight red legs able to grip objects.

*After chaffing for months under the Spider Society, both Araña and El Dorado grew tired of their manipulations and fled to Brazil to investigate rumors of anti metahuman activity and helps Sunspot and Bane fight the cyborg Donald Pierce. Later they will form the nucleus of a team called Los Defensores.*

Personality: A sassy Puerto Rican girl. Anya is your standard angst ridden teenager.

Captain Cold
“Make the Plan,Execute the Plan,Expect the Plan to go off the Rails…Throw away the Plan.”
Weight Class: Middlerweight
Full Name: Leonard “Lenny” Snart
Appearance: Snart usually wears an all black Outfit with a Large Cold Blue Jacket/Parka and Thick Winter goggles.
Abilities: Snart is a Natural Leader, having lead multiple Heist crews over the years.Despite his lack of professional or technical expertise, Cold states that he spent so long analyzing the parts of his cold gun that he is able to recreate it in just over half an hour using parts stolen from a standard electronics shop. He's even skilled enough to program it for a host of unique effects simulating some of his powers; like his "Cold Field" which quick cools the atmosphere to the point everything caught in it grinds to a halt, or an auto activation function which triggers his Cold Gun's freeze ray via vocalized password input. Like the majority of the Flash's Rogues, Snart had no innate superhuman powers. He instead relied on his cold guns and instincts. Over the years Snart had modified his weapons to allow a variety of effects such as:
  • • A cold beam that freezes anything it hits instantly.
    • Creating a cold field where people and objects literally stop in their tracks. Cold uses this ability to slow down the Flash's movements.
    • Bathing his opponent in a wide beam of ice designed to freeze the skin of the target so they stay conscious and do not go numb to the pain.
    • Creating a slippery field of ice which can slow down the Flash.
    • Forming sharp stalagmites on the ground to impale his enemies.
    • An "ice grenade" which was stated to "turn this place into an iceberg". Used to freeze everything in a large radius.
    • Creating "mirages" out of extreme cold-like heat.
Backstory: In 1975, Leonard's father was arrested for attempting to steal the Maximilian Emerald, causing him to be sent to jail for 5 years. When his father was released, he began to take his anger out on Leonard. His sister, Lisa, was soon born and was equally abused. Lewis turned to crime, mostly breaking and entering, bringing his young son along so that he could help him to disable the security systems during the heists. Sometime later, Lewis was sent to prison. Leonard's grandfather took him and his sister to a diner right across from Central City Precinct named the Motorcar. Snart kept going there in his later life to listen to police radios and learn their response times. While Lewis did frequent sentences in and out of prison, Leonard mostly raised Lisa himself and thus shares an almost parental bond with her, despite their vastly different personalities. While in juvenile detention at the age of 14, Snart was jumped by several guys and almost stabbed with a shiv until Mick Rory intervened and defended the scrawny teenager, the two forming a close partnership. He dropped out of high school and eventually became a bank robber, putting together a crew. Every six months or so, he arrived in Central City to case a job for a few weeks and disappeared after stealing his target. He became one of Central City's Most Wanted. He worked on a job with Rory, which ended badly for the latter. Snart ended the partnership between the two when Rory lost control of his pyromania while on a job, burning down the building they were inside of. Snart escaped without injury while Rory received severe burns. In 2014, Snart and his crew attempted to hijack an armored car in order to steal the Kahndaq Dynasty Diamond, which it was carrying to an exhibition in the Central City Museum. They stopped the armored car by hooking it to the tow truck they brought to the robbery via steel cables. After taking the security guards as hostages, Snart opened the door of the armored car by using liquid nitrogen on it, just before the Flash arrived. The Flash quickly took down the robbers, making Snart lower his mask and expose his face. One of the security guards was shot in the shoulder by one of Snart's men, forcing the Flash to take him to a hospital as Snart and his crew escaped.
Back at their base of operations, Snart looked at the camera footage of the robbery he stole from the armored car as his men argued about what the Flash was, with one of them stating that maybe it was a top-secret drone. Snart explained that they attacked moving targets because the police response time was a hundred eighty-two seconds once the armored car reported the robbery, as opposed to sixty seconds with banks. He berated his man who shot the security guard for "losing his cool" when the Flash had arrived. When the man said he was quitting, Snart killed him, stating that "when you're out, you're out." He claimed that the Flash was a man, and they needed to "up their game."
Snart later met with the arms dealer Basil Nurblin. Nurblin first offered Snart a fire-based weapon, but he refused, saying "he did not need to heat things up, but slow them down." Next, Snart looked at a weapon stolen from the S.T.A.R. Labs that emitted a cold substance and glasses meant to protect against the glare the weapon caused. Snart asked Nurblin who else knew he had taken the weapon, and when Nurblin answered they were the only two, Snart shot and killed him with his newly acquired weapon.
After obtaining his cold gun, Snart went to the Central City Museum to observe the security around the diamond he had tried to steal earlier. By taking the exhibit tour twice, he alerted the museum owner Dexter Myles, who contacted Detective Joe West, who followed Snart after he left the museum. When Joe caught up to him, Snart used the cold gun to freeze the road underneath a newly arriving police car and escaped into a nearby theater as the car crashed. Inside, Snart shot at Detective West, but the Flash got there in time to throw the detective out of the way, instead of being hit by the weapon himself. Snart then started shooting at the nearby civilians as a test run, forcing the Flash to save them. The Flash saved all but one of the civilians; he was unable to get to the theater's security guard in time as he was slowed down by the cold gun. Snart left the scene when the Flash was distracted by the deceased security guard.
Personality: Leonard Snart is a ruthless man who has a calm, composed and level-headed demeanor, rarely ever losing his temper or giving into emotions.
Although he never finished high school, he is intelligent and patient, staking out a job for months before making his move, emphasizing timing, precision, and minimizing possible leads on him and his activities by refusing to kill unless necessary. Though due to the presumed failures of countless heists, Leonard has ironically made it his motto to disregard his plans in favour of quick-thinking, improvisation and expecting the unexpected factors as he explains to Barry. He was clever enough to unlock the Montgomery 3000, a 25-ton door that can withstand a 30-megaton nuclear blast, by himself, without any of the three passcodes needed to open it in a matter of of seconds and analytical enough to deduce that what stopped his job at the armored car was, in fact, a man and that he would need a weapon to halt Barry, choosing the Cold Gun for this very reason. Leonard has, however, begun to revel in his new-found weapon's power, and his battles with the Flash have begun to alter his perceptions of how the job works, transforming from an armed robber into a "supervillain" that would directly challenge the Flash. The change in his demeanor is astounding, as Leonard can be seen acting much more ruthless before meeting the Flash: he killed the man who supplied him the Cold Gun for the sake of convenience, and before that tried to kill Sam Scudder and Rosa Dillon for going against his orders as a crime boss. Despite his almost emotionlessness upon first meeting, Leonard displays a near-unflappable sarcastic sense of humour in most and always-dangerous situations with various levels of deadpan.
Despite his unapologetic criminal lifestyle, Leonard sees and declares himself as a man of his word. This is demonstrated further when he promises to release Cisco if he tells him who the Flash is. Although he does torture Dante to get this information from him, he keeps his word afterward and lets both Cisco and his brother go. However, he doesn't always keep his word when he betrays his alliance with Barry by setting the metahumans free. Leonard simply defends his actions by claiming that he is a criminal that saw an opportunity and used it for his own benefit because that's who he is.
Regardless of Leonard's ruthless nature, one of the only things he does care about is his younger sister Lisa, who he has a close relationship with her, despite her immaturity. He severely despises his father Lewis, for what he did to him and his sister; for physically abusing them as children for no apparent reason, he became disgusted when Lewis planted a bomb inside Lisa's head in order to manipulate him into helping him with one of his heists, however, after Barry told him that the bomb was removed from Lisa, without hesitation he killed his father for what he did to his sister. Leonard deeply cares about his sister, going as far as working with a man he hates (due to his more moral and honorable ways) in order to keep her safe. All of these qualities have led Barry to believe Leonard has good inside of him and that he'll eventually change his ways (although Leonard jokingly remarks that heroes don't get paid enough). He is also quite prideful; Barry deduced that Snart was going along with his father's plans because Lisa was being threatened because he concluded that Snart would have tried to dig the miniature bomb out of his own head if one was planted in him. Initially enemies most of the time, Leonard and Barry seem to possess a mutual respect for each other; although he betrayed him, Leonard saved Barry from certain death at the hands of Jake Simmons. A few months afterward, his liking of Barry increased to the point he felt genuine remorse after his father apparently shot Barry. Barry also visited Leonard upon the latter's arrest. Leonard even refused to go along with Mark Mardon and James Jesse's plan to kill Barry and instead warned him of what they were up to before departing. When Barry asks where the other two (Mark and Jesse) are, Snart says "Barry and his friends love to solve a good mystery" and goes to leave. Barry snorts at this and tells Snart that he's there because he (Barry and company) saved Lisa, and Snart doesn't like owing him one, and that's called honor. Snart is quiet for a brief moment before wishing Barry and Iris merry Christmas and leaves.
Leonard also possesses a code of honor when it comes to his teammates, never betraying or injuring them on purpose. He is incredibly charismatic, maintaining the image of a "lovable rogue," using his charms to get important information, obfuscate his thievery or convince people of his trustworthiness. Being prone to controlling or playing others, Leonard absolutely detests the idea of being controlled or manipulated by anyone or anything. He values his free will and the ability to make his own choices and will do anything to hold on to that freedom.

Heatwave
"Fire, it's undefinable. Heat, light, energy. It's an evolution when things burn."
Weight Class: Middleweight
Full Name: Mick Rory
Appearance: Perfers to wear an asbestos-lined Jacket with Thick Welder’s goggles.
Abilities:
  • Indomitable will: While at times seen as deranged or barbaric, Mick is shown to have a remarkable fortitude, unyielding to seemingly any form of torture, at times even seeming to revel in it. Even the Time Masters admitting their brainwashing of Mick into Chronos the first time was only a partial success. During their second attempt, Mick was shown to be very deceptive, feign being successfully broken fully consumed by his Chronos persona long enough to leave him prime to turn on them. The intensity of his mind was shown even able to overwhelm the mind-control network the Legion was using, freeing all of its victims.
Skilled engineer: Like Snart, Mick has shown himself to be adept at mechanical engineering and repairs, as he regularly repairs his heat gun and has memorized the entirety of its design and functionality, being more than capable of repairing the secondary internal fuel chamber without assistance.
Skilled tactician: During Lenord Snart’s brief departure, Mick was intelligent enough to organize the remaining Rogues for the duration of the mission, in order to avoid being bothered while watching a game of football. Mick has also been shown to be skilled in laying out several lethal and nonlethal booby traps to protect his writing from the prying eyes of his teammates. Such traps include a literal bear trap, an electrocution device, and an ink bomb.
Expert marksman: Mick has the skill to hit multiple police officers, and enemies at a time with his signature Heat Gun. He also could handle regular weapons such as revolvers,
Master combatant/Brawler: Despite his unstable and hot-headed demeanor, Mick is a very capable unarmed fighter. When seemingly taken captive by a mafia boss, he and Snart quickly broke free and killed all of the mafia boss and most of his men with ease.
Peak of human physical condition: Stemming from his violent nature, Mick is in top physical condition, shown to be very muscular. He is very resilient, as he was unyielding to most forms of torture. His strength was to the point where he could casually crush Time Master Declan's skull with a single stomp of his boot. He was able to cash the shots of a speedster without losing consciousness. He easily knocked out Julius Caesar during their second encounter and even broke the latter's nose in the process.
Heat Gun: Can generate a beam of absolute hot temperature. When fired, the heat gun increases the temperature of the air dramatically, like some sort of "extreme heat wave". This heat wave is capable of achieving "absolute hot", or Planck temperature. When activated, certain lights on it turn red, in contrast to the Cold Gun's blue. The weapon's flame blast projects to any location and burns anything in its path.
Backstory:At a young age Mick developed a fascination and obsession with fire. In 1990 Mick accidentally lit fire to his family's house and rushed to safety without warning his family, which led to them being killed. At a safe distance Mick watched in horror of what he did and fascination of the flames. While at juvie, Mick met fourteen-year-old Leonard Snart. Mick stepped in when the older kids started beating him up and has been standing up for him since. In 2014, Mick was working on a job with Snart, however it went wrong. Half of Rory's body was burnt in a resulting fire, and despite being taken to the hospital for medical attention, he escaped from the ambulance and fled. Later that year, Snart gave him a handheld flamethrower and offered to work a few more jobs with him in Central City. Mick, pleased at the offer and the heat gun, gladly accepted.Snart had him learn how to fix up the flamethrower when needed, which proved handy. The two men began by crashing through a frozen door in to a building. Snart had hoped to wait for The Flash, rather than steal the expensive cars inside, though he failed to appear, resulting in them leaving the scene. Back at their base, Snart revealed his plan to steal an expensive painting, Fire & Ice, to Mick, which was being brought back to Central City by Rachel and Osgood Rathaway. Sometime later, the men intercepted the couple as they were leaving their plane with the painting, requesting that they call the cops. When the police arrived, Snart attempted to use his cold gun to freeze them, though it was no match against their specially-made shields. Instead, Mick showed himself, instead using his handheld flamethrower to burn them. He was momentarily mesmerized by the flames, but he was stopped when Detective West shot through his gun from afar. They returned to their base, where Mick began fixing the minor damage. Snart quickly approached him with his gun pointed towards him, arguing that his obsession with fire would get the better of him, as with their previous job. Mick in turn pointed his flamethrower back, rebutting that Leonard was just as obsessed, but with precision on their heists. Mick wished to simply stop at the painting, but Snart wished to further kill The Flash. He reasoned with Mick, who decided to burn Fire & Ice and continue on.
Personality: Mick is obsessive, unstable, a pyromaniac, hot-headed and sometimes loses focus. He is highly impulsive, combative, and is somewhat hyperactive as he despises sitting around and doing nothing. He is certainly a man of action who prefers getting things done as opposed to analyzing them as thoroughly as his partner. He is also a self-admitted thief, who does not care about any rules, unless they are needed for his survival. Despite having a lifelong hatred for "pigs" he hates snitches and lawyers even more. Despite his less than sophisticated demeanor, Mick is incredibly philosophical in his view of the nature of fire itself. He had poetically described it as being ever-changing, indefinable, and transformative. He views his burns as revealing the truth of who he really is, and as such, he has embraced this self-determined truth of who he is: A man who burns the world to reveal its own inner nature as it did to him. This is an unusual trait, but does show that he is much more than the image of the unstable pyromaniac that he projects himself as.

The Trickster
"I’ve had twenty years to come up with the perfect trick. It’s going to be... my masterpiece. My Mona Lisa! My Breaking Bad season five!"
Weight Class: Middleweight
Full Name: James Jesse
Appearance: Loves to wear outlandish outfits(Perfers more suit&ties as he's getting to old for the Costume)
Abilities:
  • Genius-level intellect/Expert tactician/Manipulator: Despite his deranged nature, James lives up to his moniker, proving himself to be very crafty and methodical in his schemes. He is very patient and well-prepared, having used his time locked up in prison to plan out his escape while likewise preparing his next crime. He was also able to factor in the appearance of the Flash. Likewise, James has proven himself to be very manipulative and a skilled actor, convincingly faking ignorance and hatred for someone using his title.
Expert engineer: Through his various terrorist attacks, James showed himself a very talented chemist and mechanic, able to produce a very unique and potent bomb-type. Only he was said to know the formula for the chemicals in his bombs, though Axel Walker learned it from him and used it in his own bombings. He is also able to design a very sophisticated bomb made especially for the Flash, which only failed to stop the speedster thanks to the assistance of Eobard Thawne teaching the Flash how to turn intangible.
Acute sense of smell: Jesse claimed he could smell the candy Barry had despite the sweets being wrapped in plastic and in Barry’s pocket, although this may have just been more of his mind games.
Backstory: James Jesse is a psychotic criminal who operated under the guise of The Trickster. Considered the most dangerous thing Central City had ever seen prior to the Particle Accelerator explosion, Jesse was incarcerated in Iron Heights Prison after committing a series of terrorist attacks, in which he killed at least ten civilians and two cops. Years later, James Jesse eventually became one of The Flash's many enemies, going so far as to develop an obsession with killing the Flash, as seen with drawings on the wall of Jesse's maximum security ward.In 1990, Jesse had a son named Axel Walker, though had no initial contact with him.Around five years later, James Jesse took on the guise of "the Trickster", wearing a unitard as a costume. He performed a series of terrorist attacks, killing at least 10 civilians and 2 police officers, becoming, as described by Joe West, the most dangerous thing Central City had ever seen. Eventually, he was caught by police and incarcerated in Iron Heights Prison.Sometime before 2005, Jesse began talking to his son, Axel, through letters, grooming him to be an ideal comrade to him as The Trickster. For the next 10 years, they continue to talk and became close. In 2010, a criminal psychologist began talking to James. Before long, he was able to talk her in to committing suicide. As a result, Warden Gregory Wolfe had a cell specially-built for James Jesse. At some point in his incarceration, Jesse was given cable so he'd stop killing the guards, referencing the show Breaking Bad and the movie Speed in the future.Five years later, after Axel had begun to act as the new Trickster, Detective Joe West and Barry Allen came to him for help, giving him red liquorice to co-operate. He angrily claimed to have no association with the new Trickster, demanding that they kill him before he ruin his reputation. Apparently realizing that there could only be one way for the new Trickster to replicate the composition of his explosives, he directed them to his old lair. They returned later, having found nothing in his lair's vault. In discovering this, Jesse let them know of a giant bomb that he had, one big enough to blow up Central City. At the same time, they were notified of a vlog posted by The Trickster, claiming to have the giant bomb and would blow it up if they couldn't find him, searching between certain streets. As the police and The Flash began searching for it, Axel started to help James escape, as there had been no real bomb. With them, they took Henry Allen due to his connection to the Central City Police Department. While waiting around, Axel wondered why he'd been chosen, and James finally revealed that he was his father. That night, they began work on Jesse's big plan.At an event held by Mayor Anthony Bellows at City Hall, they acted as waiters, poisoning the wine with one that took around an hour to act. Revealing themselves, they held the room hostage until they had transferred their bank accounts, at which time they would give them the antidote. The Flash soon found them and attempted to help, but Jesse placed a bomb on his wrist, hooked up to a speedometer disallowing him from going any slower than 600 mph. Barry was soon able to get it off and came back with an antidote, giving it to all of them. Realizing that he'd finally been caught, he gave up the location of Henry Allen. Six months later, nearing Christmas, Mark Mardon came to Iron Heights to free him and Leonard Snart, hoping the two of them would aid him in killing the Flash, however Snart declined. Jesse, on the hand, who had wanted to get revenge on the Flash ever since he was recaptured, agreed and sent out a video to Central City declaring his intention to kill the Flash. When Flash and Patty Spivot arrived at his location it was a trap and he attacked them with bombs. Flash escaped by shooting a whirlwind at the ground. Later Jesse dressed as Santa and was handing out bombs looking like presents to kids. Flash later caught Mardon but Jesse said that if he attacked him he would set off one hundred of his bombs, which Cisco Ramon, Harrison Wells, and Jay Garrick stopped with a powerful magnet. Mardon then attacked the Flash with ice balls because he refused to fight for fear of the bombs going off. After he was done with him, Mardon let Jesse kill him. Then Jesse saw the bombs exploding in the sky and the Flash tied him with Christmas lights. After Flash defeated Mardon, he and Patty Spivot took him and Jesse to jail. Two years later, Jesse escaped and leaving drawings in his cell, meaning his obsession to Flash and that he will return to kill him. However his former partner doubts he will ever return as she told their son she hasn't heard from him leaving his fate unknown. He was recently recruited into the Rogues...
Personality: Childish and exuberant in nature, James Jesse’s lack of conscience and bloodthirsty nature was deterred by a silly demeanour such as his love for candy and garish clothing in his earlier days. Even during his plans fruition, successes and failures, Jesse remained with a childish grin and happy demeanour - presumably this was a part of his psychoses. Joe West states that Jesse’s malice upon Central City was such that even the multiple metahuman rampages that occurred after the Particle Accelerator’s explosion paled in comparison to the danger and terror that Jesse inflicted with his attacks in his hay day.
James seems to be something of a showman, fond of grand displays designed to show off his intelligence or evoke terror rather than the quieter, more efficient strategies utilized by other Flash villains such as Leonard Snart as opposed to Eobard Thawne (although Snart has shown a willingness for public engagements). Like Cisco, he has a fondness for making comparisons to electronic media, comparing his crimes to the television show, Breaking Bad as well as the movie Speed.
After being imprisoned yet again, he developed obsession with killing the Flash, as seen with the drawings he made of him. It's likely James had come to see killing the Flash would be the greatest "trick' he could pull off.

"There's a new king in town.And I'm the queen."
Weight Class:Middleweight
Full Name: Rosalind "Rosa" Dillon
Appearance: Loves to wear short Poodle skirts and a Yellow Leather Jacket.Never bothers with a Mask.
Abilities:
  • Meta-human physiology: After Rosa was struck by the energy of the Particle Accelerator explosion, this altered her DNA and supercharged her cells, augmenting her physiology into allowing her to induce vertigo in people when they look into her eyes.
Vertigo inducement: After she was caught in the shockwave of the particle accelerator's explosion, Rosa gained the power to disorient others' sense of balance, triggering a heavy state of vertigo in her victims. Her power works in much the same way as that of Roy Bivolo in that her eyes flash green as well as those of her target, indicating that her power is channeled visually. Rosa was able to create a refraction effect that, when used with the reflection-portals of Sam Scudder, he was able to create portals without a reflective surface.
Balance: When Rosa induces Vertigo, she is the only person that is balanced, standing straight, making it easier to attack her.
Backstory:n 2013, Rosa and Sam Scudder betrayed their then-partner Leonard Snart by spending the money from their heists shortly after they stole it. Snart was outraged that his co-conspirators would so blatantly flaunt their ill-gotten wealth instead of lying low in the face of pressure from the police, and he confronted the two of them at their hideout in Broome Industries. A physical altercation quickly ensued, and Scudder was overpowered by Snart and knocked backwards on to a mirror while Rosa was subdued by another of Snart's men. It was at this moment that the S.T.A.R. Labs particle accelerator exploded, spreading dark matter and other elements throughout Central City. Though Snart and his accomplice quickly escaped from Broome Industries, Rosa was struck by the energy from the explosion as she tried to help Scudder. Rosa was sent spiraling through the air while Scudder was trapped inside a two-dimensional universe within the mirror, and both became meta-humans as a result of the explosion.Unlike Scudder, Dillon was not so lucky and wound up in Iron Heights Prison for three years after being arrested by the Central City Police Department, where she was held in a specially-built cell with a door fitted with a new type of glass designed to shield the guards from her vertigo-inducing abilities. When Scudder finally managed to free himself from the mirror universe, he tracked Dillon to Iron Heights and broke her out using his powers. Faced with the reality that Leonard Snart was long gone, the duo decided to go on a major crime spree, robbing banks throughout Central City. During one such robbery, Dillon and Scudder found themselves confronted by The Flash and Jesse Wells but Dillon and Scudder were able to escape through another mirror. The two speedsters set off in pursuit; while The Flash went after Mirror Master, Quick confronted Dillon on top of a skyscraper. Remarking on how much she liked her new nickname "Top", Dillon used her power to disorientate Quick, causing Quick to fall off the roof. This distraction allowed Scudder to ambush The Flash and trap him in a mirror.Team Flash was able to get Barry out of the mirror and used a holographic image of Snart to lure Scudder and Dillon to an abandoned funhouse. While The Flash dealt with Mirror Master, Jessie Quick once more confronted Top who tried to disorient Quick a second time. Quick however was able to shake off the dizzying effect and, after taking Top for a superspeed spinning, knocked her out with a single punch. Once The Flash had dealt with Scudder, Dillon was returned to her cell in Iron Heights while Scudder was locked away in his own cell in the same facility.
Personality: Has a slightly Vapid Valley girl-esq personality, but can be Increadably ruthless(as demonstrated when she let Quick fall off the skyscrapper).has to constantly remind Scudder that they share the city. Aside from that, their relationship remains the same, with both still just as in love as in the past.

Golden Glider
"The first time my father came after me I was seven. The second time I was eight, that's when I learned a bottle hurts more than a fist. He used to say he was teaching us lessons. I must have been a slow learner because… the lessons never stopped."
Weight Class: Middleweight
Full Name: Lisa Snart
Appearance: Wears a Gold trimmed Biker outfit with no mask or goggles(much to Leonard's Consternation)
Abilities:
  • Skilled markswoman/Firearms: Lisa is proficient in using firearms, and is even extremely accurate when using her Gold Gun to turn people and things to gold.
Gold Gun: Can generate a beam of a gold-like substance, that can turn anything into that substance. When it hits inanimate objects like walls or tables, it instead leaves a layer of the gold-like substance on top of the surface, however when it hits people, they turn completely to that substance.
Guns: Lisa is very proficient in using guns.
Backstory: Her father was a corrupt police officer who took his anger out on her and her brother Leonard until he was sent to prison. When Lisa was a kid, her grandfather took her and her brother to a diner right across from Central City Precinct named the Motorcar. After her father was imprisoned, Lisa was raised by her brother. When Leonard and his partner Mick Rory were captured after an encounter against the Flash, they were sent to Iron Heights. On the way to the prison, Lisa intercepted the transfer vehicle to break them out, just as he had planned.Lisa walked in a bar using a blond wig, and started flirting with Cisco. After taking him to her safe house he found Leonard and she revealed herself as Leonard's sister, and they threatened him to build new guns of cold and heat for the Rogues. In addition, Lisa also had Cisco build her a gold gun.Afterwards, she and her brother attacked the Santini casino, using her gun to encase a bodyguard in gold. A gun fight started until the Flash showed up and grabbed Lisa, using her as a way to stop Mick and Leonard. In turn, Leonard revealed he captured Cisco and threatened his life, allowing Lisa and Leonard to make a clean getaway.Back at their safe house, she and her brother found Mick Rory beating in Cisco and his brother and Lisa got him to stop going to get something to eat. Later she helped Rory and Leonard steal money from the Santini casino and was nearly mocked off the road after The Flash took her brother. After Barry was able to steal all the evidence the police had on Leonard, Lisa destroyed the evidence with her gold gun. Back at S.T.A.R. Labs Barry still wore his mask despite the fact that Leonard already knew his identity which revealed that her brother never told her who the Flash was. Lisa greeted Cisco who was still angry with her.Lisa drove the truck full of meta-humans to the Ferris Airfield as she was the only one who could legally drive it. Lisa later asked why Cisco had never given her a code name and asked him to give her one and she was pleased with Cisco's choice of "Golden Glider". When she and Leonard released the meta-humans, Lisa politely said goodbye to Cisco before she departed. After the singularity event, Barry was approached by Lisa. She had concerns that Leonard had been kidnapped. However, they learned that he was secretly working with his father, Lewis Snart. As Cisco analyzed Lisa, he detected Thermites had been implanted into her neck. They realized it was a bomb and that any contact with air, or tampering, could potentially set it off. Barry theorized that Leonard was being forced to work with his father to save his sister's life.[4] Barry approached Leonard as an undercover bomb technician to assist them in their next heist. At the same time, Cisco was on standby to pull the bomb if things went south. When Lewis turned and fired a gun at Barry, Barry pretended to be shot. He called into Cisco to remove the bomb from Lisa's neck as he cornered Lewis and Leonard as the Flash. When Cisco pulled the bomb from Lisa, Barry announced that Lisa was safe to Leonard. Leonard quickly turned and killed their father. Lisa took comfort in her brother acting to save her even though the Flash had placed him in Iron Heights. As she said her goodbyes, she kissed Cisco before taking off on her motorcycle.
Personality: Unlike Leonard, Lisa is sly, charming, a little sadistic, and not afraid to use her sexuality to get what she wants, and is an immature wild child. Despite her immaturity she has a close relationship with her older brother who she says practically raised her once their father was sent to jail, and is anxious to prove to Leonard that she has what it takes to be in his criminal gang.
However, despite having used her sexuality against Cisco to manipulate him in the past, she does have a genuine romantic attraction to him, and admires his intellect and honesty while regretting her past manipulations of him. This shows that she is not without her redeeming traits. Though Cisco was mad at her for kidnapping him and his brother, and then using him, he became more sympathetic towards her after learning her tragic background.

Mirror Master
“I can use a mirror a thousand different ways. Can turn a man inside out. Cut a hole through a seven-foot concrete wall. Make you see things from your fantasies, or from your nightmares. They laugh at us. At me. Being the Mirror Master. ‘Cause they don’t see. They don’t look into the mirror with honesty at Themselves. Everyone needs an escape. An escape from the sins of your past. And the sins of your future. The real world’s… just not for me. Spat on my life and twisted it around. Made me into something I didn’t choose to be..”
Weight Class: Middleweight.
Full Name: Sam Scudder
Appearance: Scudder's outfit, while not a 'super' one, does have some subtle winks, with it being made of reflective materials, such as his satin shirt or his tie and pocket square having a sheen to them.
Abilities:
  • Meta-human physiology: After Sam was struck by the energy of the Particle Accelerator explosion, this altered his DNA and supercharged his cells, augmenting his physiology into allowing him to access his powers.
Catropic teleportation: Sam can link Einstein-Rosen bridges to anything with high solar reflectance, allowing him to essentially create wormholes, or portals, through any reflective surface within a separate existence, allowing him to traverse areas at great speed at roughly Mach 13.2. Inside the pocket realm, time apparently passes very slowly (if at all); Sam claimed three years felt only overnight for him, which also keeps him from aging all the while. He can use this power on others, able trap them within the mirror's surface or teleport them. Speedsters are unable to phase through these reflection wormholes due to the molecules being in hyper state of flux. When combined with the vertigo-inducing powers of Rosa Dillon, Sam could create reflection portals around others that appeared as a kaleidoscopic landscape, allowing him to imprison others in his portals without the need for a reflective surface. He could even use his powers within a metahuman power-dampening cell at Iron Heights prison when he broke free his partner Rosa Dillon.
Reflection Manipulation: In a possible future, Sam became able to manipulate reflective surfaces, effectively able to warp the surrounding structure to move as he sees fit. He's been able to bend buildings and put them back without any noticeable damage.
    Weaknesses
Extreme cold: Because Sam's powers works on stimulating the molecules of the surface into a hyper state of flux, by reducing the surface temperature to low enough levels, the mirror prison can potentially be shattered from within by using enough vibrational force, like one produced by a speedster.
Droste effect: When surrounded by too many reflections facing one another, creating an infinite reflective loop, Sam will be unable to travel through the mirrors at all.
Ground or faced-down mirrors: If the mirror is laying flat on the ground, or perhaps obscured of light, he cannot escape from the mirror.
Resonance field disruption: The resonance field of Sam's portals can be mimicked, through the use of a device made by Cisco Ramon, it could allow them to be disabled, thereby nullifying his powers. This also reversed the refraction effect his partner, Rosa Dillon, which allowed him to create portals without a reflective surface.
Backstory: Sam and Rosa Dillon completed a heist with Leonard Snart. The latter told them to lay low but they refused. Leonard approached them and Sam told Snart that without him and Rosa, Snart would still be kicking down liquor stores. Sam was told that his version of reality was warped. Sam decided he wanted out and Snart tried to shoot him. Sam disarmed Snart but was quickly defeated and thrown against a mirror. Sam crawled to another nearby mirror where he was nearly killed by Snart, before the latter fled when the S.T.A.R. Labs particle accelerator blew up. Sam was hit by the dark matter and vanished.Three years later, when Broome Industries was being cleaned up, Sam grabbed a worker by the throat and emerged from the mirror. Sam proceeded to demand where Snart was. Sam asked an old lackey of Snart of his whereabouts, though the man was unsure. Upset, Sam told him he would find someone who does, as he threw him into a mirror and out a nearby window, sending him falling out of the two story building, though the man survived.Later, Sam broke Rosa out of Iron Heights Prison. Sam explained to Rosa he was trapped in a mirror and only escaped the previous night. Sam was told that it had been three years and a lot has changed. Sam asked Rosa if she was affected also and told her to show him her abilities. After demonstrating her crippling vertigo abilities to him, Sam told her they could take down Snart. Sam was then told that Snart was long gone, though Sam they could still be who they want to be and be in control.Sam and Rosa robbed First National Bank. As they were leaving, they were approached by the Flash and Jesse Quick. Sam and Rosa escaped using reflective materials, climbing a building using reflections. After the Flash came to Jesse's aid, Sam used the distraction to throw the Flash into a mirror, trapping him.At Broome Industries, Sam was called by "Snart". Scudder and Rosa approached him at an abandoned amusement park. Sam told Snart that things had changed and it was his and Rosa's town now. Sam told Snart that his cold gun wouldn't stop him as Sam tried to use a mirror to attack Snart from behind. Sam quickly learned it was only a hologram of Snart as he turned around to see the Flash. Sam was eventually trapped in a circle of mirrors, creating an infinite reflective loop utilizing a property known as the Droste effect. Defeated, Sam was handcuffed by the Flash and taken into custody. Sam was later incarcerated in Iron Heights, and placed in a cell with no reflective surfaces in order to prevent any attempts at escape. They were later broken out by Heatwave, who "Convinced" them to join the Rogues...
Personality: Sam is driven by 3 things; His love of Rosa Dillion(Top),his Hair-trigger temper(he'd love to get even with Cold for the Beating he gave him,but knows Cold would just kill him&Dillon), and his Love of Power and Money.

Abilities:
  • Peak of human physical condition: As former member of both ASIS and Task Force X, Harkness is a very powerful and highly trained fighter. He easily defeated several A.R.G.U.S guards and faced the Arrow, Arsenal and the Diggle family without fear, battling the first duo and knocking Roy down.

High-level intellect/Master tactician: Harkness is a great tactician. He was able to use his knowledge of A.R.G.U.S to break in and almost kill Lyla. He was able to lure Team Arrow away from the Arrowcave to get close to an unprotected Lyla. In an effort to leave Starling City, he planted bombs in various locations to help make sure he did. Harkness was even able to tactically outsmart Oliver; a genius and master tactician in his own right.
Explosives expert: Harkness is highly skilled with explosives.
Expert hacker: Harkness was able to track the Arrowcave using the signal from mobile phone that he left to Klaus Markos.
Boomerangs: Harkness uses edged boomerangs to take out his targets. In close combat he uses them like cutting weapons. He also has boomerangs that are made to explode on impact from C4 in specialized grooves, acting like grenades.
Smoke bombs: Harkness uses a smoke bomb to quickly escape.
Bombs: Harkness uses bombs to wire his apartment and planted five of them in Starling City.
Backstory: Digger Harkness was a member of ASIS specializing in weapons and technology. During this time, Harkness trained with Slade Wilson several times. During Slade and Harkness' final fight, Slade's Mirakuru-enhanced strength returned, and he defeated Harkness. Eventually, Harkness went rogue and started selling his services to the highest bidder, after which he was captured by A.R.G.U.S. Because of his skills he got recruited for the Suicide Squad.During an operation in Tanzania, Harkness the team were facing the warlord outgunned, so Lyla Michaels gave the call to kill them all. However, Harkness' explosive in his neck malfunctioned and didn't kill him. After this he developed a grudge against Lyla, who had killed his team and tried to take his life. Several years later, as an A.R.G.U.S. agent, Kai Wu, walked in an alley, Harkness approached him and threw his boomerang, killing the man. He then stole the man's identity card. Oliver Queen and Roy Harper investigated his house which was wired with explosives. An intervention team of A.R.G.U.S showed up as well. However, Harkness had left moments before. He used the identity card to get access to A.R.G.U.S where he quickly killed the security guards trying to stop him. Confronting Lyla Michaels, John Diggle and a squad of agents a huge firefight erupted where he used his boomerangs to corner Lyla and Diggle. Arsenal and The Arrow showed up and fought him. He was able to hold his own and almost hit Oliver with a boomerang when it got caught by The Flash. Realizing he was outmatched, he detonated a smoke bomb and quickly escaped the place.Team Arrow protected Lyla and tracked down his supplier. Expecting them to come after his supplier of boomerangs, Harkness gave the cellphone used to contact him to a Russian mobster in a bar. He then traced the cellphone of his supplier back to the Arrowcave and sneaked in while Diggle, Barry, Roy and Oliver were gone. Confronting Lyla, he got in a firefight with her, managing to throw a boomerang into her stomach. Felicity threw an explosive at him which forced him to retreat.Believing Lyla was dead, Harkness planted five bombs over Starling City and planned to leave by train. Suddenly, all the passengers disappeared in a blur and Arrow and The Flash were confronting him. He told them about the bombs and then activated them hoping he could escape. However, Arrow fought him while the Flash and Team Arrow dealt with the bombs. After a fierce fight he got ultimately beat and pinned to the wall by arrows. He mocked Arrow and told him he would never tell him how to disarm the bombs. Disappointed, he realized the bombs had been disarmed already. He then mocked Arrow, stating that his refusal to kill him makes him weak. Oliver retorts that it means he still has some humanity left. As Arrow turned his back, Digger reached for a boomerang, but Arrow shot him through the hand. He was later imprisoned in the A.R.G.U.S. supermax on Lian Yu.Freed by Snart,he agreed to join-up and help form the Nucelus of the Rogues...

Personality: Digger Harkness is a man that betrayed ASIS to make money. After his capture he agreed to work in Task Force X. However, he became furious when Lyla Michaels killed his team and tried to finish him off. Bound on revenge, Harkness is highly motivated to kill her and talked about the boomerang as a metaphor that everything comes back at you sooner or later. He is convinced that the end justified the means and even planted bombs in the city and risked the lives of countless people to escape. He mocked Oliver for his humanity and said he did not have what it takes to stop extreme people like him. Harkness is one of the few foes to ever tactically outsmart Oliver Queen.
