As a side note, I did ask Steve Kenson if the text of the book was supposed to be correct, where Insubstantial only provided immunity against damage. He clarified that, no, It is also supposed to guard against things like Affliction, and environmental effects, just not things like mental or sensory ...

Also important to remember you can only switch the power on or off once per round, so no "I turn off Insubstantial, punch him, then switch it back on."

Insubstantial is also the only canonical way to be concealed against tactile senses, of course.

As a side note on "Limited" Protection, I'm still a bit annoyed that 3E changed the example of Limited Impervious to instead be about Limited Protection. It simplified the math, but it promotes the idea of "under caps except in these limited circumstances" that is a bit dangerous...
