Re: IC: non-M&M SHRPG campaign

This blog covers using FAE for four-color supers. Example characters as well as a conversion of the Avengers-Chitauri fight into game mechanics (which is brilliantly done).

You can also get a PDF of the details from DTRPG (for free) here.

Re: IC: non-M&M SHRPG campaign

Marvel Heroic is based on the Cortex system. The only Fate (core)-based SHRPGs (I know of) are Daring Comics and Venture City. You can play in the superhero genre with FAE without a supplement (just the core mechanics; it's that cinematic).

Re: IC: non-M&M SHRPG campaign

Fate has a lot going for it. I prefer Fate Accelerated (FAE) over Fate Core for supers. If you want the four-color genre, you have it in spades with FAE. Players who need lots of crunch won't find it here.

IC: non-M&M SHRPG campaign

Since I'm working on my M&M 2.5 hack, I was wondering if anyone was interested in playing/learning various other SHRPG systems, such as: Daring Comics RPG (Fate core) Four Color FAE (Fate Accelerated) Icons (Fate inspired) Prowlers & Paragons (target number dice pool) Sentinels of Echo City ...
