I'm going to radiation accident Kira and rewrite her from the ground up. She doesn't resemble the character I wrote up long ago if she isn't able to dream walk in the manner I thought.

EDIT: Also, it is just messing with dreams. But she can also learn about people from just observing their dreams, can't she?

The power is Remote Sensing, Quickness (to make the search feasible), Mind Reading, and Illusions as a single power. It was like the first power I made for Foxy.
