Re: DrKrash's Fight! Builds
I've seen Fight! mentioned before and always wanted to check it out, but never got around to it. Think I'm going to have to change that, especially with it being only $7.50 on drivethrurpg.net at the moment. I don't know a whole lot about the system, but I did recently read blog where someone builds...

Re: Jab's Builds! (Super SF II! Cammy! Akuma! Dan Hibiki! Charlie!)
I really liked Sakura, at first... But then I realized that Capcom was never going to let the character grow, which kinda kills the point of her characterization. This was also about the same time that I discovered Makoto. I love Makoto's design, her characterization, and (as it happens) I am also ...

Re: What are you reading?
I've heard that about the sequels, but yea Lies was a fantastic read with a great mixture of fun, action, and drama. The last third of that book though .CTPhipps wrote:Oh, I love The Lies of Locke Lamora.
It's sequels aren't great but they're very very good.
And funny!

Re: Hope for Roninarmy or least archive of good stuff from it
OK, I've asked in the thread of "Please Archive This". If not, we can just cut and past, even if it IS a pretty long thread. Did you not have everything backed up in a word file or anything? I had most of it, but not all, backed up on a computer that experienced sudden existence failure a...

Re: What Indie Comics Do you Read/Support?
I see where you're coming from. As independent producer I have to measure the potential responses for my ideas and of course I support the kickstarters or buy the finished product for whatever I can. Indie comics can be put to physical form one of a couple ways. Usually a writer/letterer and an art...

Re: What are you reading?
I'm currently reading the Locke Lamora books. Just finished The Lies of Locke Lamora (which I really liked!) and have barely started the next one, Red Seas Under Red Skies.
I'll have to check out BioShock: Rapture, I loved the BioShock games.

Re: Ken's Kache of Khracters
"PRIMATE change"? No wonder your friends were furious. I'd have excommunicated you over that :P. Ken is known for his groaner joke names, but this one struck everyone right between the eyes. Some worse than others, but still... Fortunately, we have learned to forgive Ken for his puns. :) ...

Re: Jab's Builds!
It's kind of funny, I've never learned how to box and I don't watch boxing matches on TV, but I've always loved boxing characters. Steve Fox from Tekken, Takeda from the Kenichi manga/anime, Little Mac in Smash Bros. etc. Now Balrog is far from my favorite SF character, but there's a strange joy in ...

Re: When there are a few more members
When there are a few more people present, I'll start recruiting for a game. I can't "port" any over from RA and since I left those boards with a PM to the staff that politely, but unequivocally burns that bridge (I pretty much dared them to give me a lifetime ban) I can't return to invite...

I've been on phpBB based forums in the past but forget they had this feature on all of them. Post review At least one new post has been made to this topic. You may wish to review your post in light of this. Nice to see if any posts have been made while you were making yours and what they are. As so...
