I looked at how other adventures from the publisher and they tend to count total succeses across players not just highest number of successes for a player.

And before you shake your finger at me, I have been tempted to run Transformers. Must not give into temptation.

I think that the difference in questions between ToyMaker and Breach is pretty interesting.
