Re: [OOC] Four Horsemen

I added a few utility gear type things. Decided the vehicle summoning thing would be clunky, and not terribly useful much of the time and probably better suited as a power stunt. The utility gear is much better fitting for Vincent. Motorized Zip-Line [ 2] Flight 4 (500ft), Limited to between 2 point...

I havent had anyone else submit a character yet, so yes, we still need one. Creation rules are in the first post. You can use the other character sheets as examples for how to present your sheet here.

Re: On the road (D&d 5E Recruiting 1)

I was taking Exile's ability into account for the travel time. :) As for the exhaustion, it's for travelling past 8 hours, not for reduced sleep. Normally, there is a save for every hour past 8 hours of travel, but for simplicity, I'm averaging it to a single level of exhaustion so avoid an extra se...

Re: On the road (D&d 5E Recruiting Closed)

The cove is closer with the cape being a few more hours to get to. You'd need to go further down the coast, then out along the cape itself to where the lookout it on the point. Doing so would not give you enough time for a long rest without cutting into the day, which is fine, but runs a higher risk...

Re: On the road (D&d 5E Recruiting Closed)

A cove is small, sheltered bay or inlet. This one in particular is a little larger, making it ideal for a pirate base since the only easy approach is by water. It's still possible to get in from the sheltered side, but you'd need to scout to find a way in on that side. otherwise, swimming around the...

Re: On the road (D&d 5E Recruiting Closed)

Just to clarify options; 1) You can set up camp and go the rest of teh way to the cape tomorrow, but you are farily near the cove, so could be discovered, though precautions could be attempted to prevent that, or lower the odds. 2) You could track down the snakes for whatever Salazar had in mind. Th...

Re: On the road (D&D 5E IC)

The road is relatively quite, the adventurers passing by a few travellers heading towards Seaside, but encountering little more than friendly greetings. As they near the point where they will need to move off-road to reach the cove, it's becomming clearer that if they want to take the cape overlooki...

Re: On the road (D&d 5E Recruiting 1)

Okay, so no message from StarGaurd, sadly. So I'll open up to recruit a replacement who will be able to jump in either during this scenerio (if we get one quickly enough!) or afterwards back in town. Same creation rules apply, including having crossed pathes with at least one of the current party me...

Sorry, work was kinda up and downa nd I was posting where I could with limited time. Got a post up now though!

Re: [IC] Four Horsemen: Ride of the Horsemen

Vincent Colt 1 : HP ο COND : Healthy Array : "Doves are a symbol of peace aren't they? Either way, necklace seems important if the visions keep focusing on it. Maybe a warning? Like, we need to take her out, but be aware that she's got angel protection on her?" Vincent shrugs as he reclin...

Re: [IC] The New Mythos: The Gathering

Velari Larosa
1 :HP ο COND: Healthy
Array: Elongation 8

Velari seemed to be off in her own little world when she heard the gun click and sprang, sluggishly, into action.

Re: On the road (D&d 5E Recruiting Closed)

You'll want perception as well. Everyone should roll perception if they are actively keeping watch while on the road travelling.

Re: On the road (D&d 5E Recruiting Closed)

Go ahead and roll in advance. I'll keep it inind when/if it becomes pertinent. After all, there is a full day of travel to even get to the cove.
