Re: Jab’s Builds! (Fantasma! Perun! Bogatyri! Stalin!)

Cap and Tony have been pretty homoerotic for decades now. It's kinda like Superman and Batman in their shared title.

At some point you're sitting there reading like 'Just fuck already.'

Re: Jab’s Builds! (Fantasma! Perun! Bogatyri! Stalin!)

Nothing wrong with a bit of homoerotic text.

Re: Jab’s Builds! (Fantasma! Perun! Bogatyri! Stalin!)

It's a shame because I actually liked some of Hickman's ideas, they were just kinda too much ambitious scope and not enough exploration of the characters and the way it affected them. It's almost unfair to compare most writers to Busiek though because he's one of the strongest writers to work for ei...

Re: Stray Attacks

Maybe make it a function of a natural 1 or critical failure as an optional genre rule.

Re: Jab’s Builds! (Crimson Dynamo! Titanium Man! Fantasma! Perun!)

There's still a contingent of people who think he had the right idea. We anarchists call them tankies and they generally suck. Anyone attempting to actually achieve communism died with the rise of Stalin, whose propaganda redefined the concepts so as to benefit his reign, which was about as far as y...

Re: Ronin Army Forums Shut Down For Good

The Atomic Think Tank is still mostly archived up at the Wayback Machine. I'm gonna miss the official forums. They never really recovered from the shift over to being RoninArmy, with the heights of the Atomic Think Tank days being a distant memory for a long time now, but I still have fondness for ...

Being polite to each-other, on the internet?

Sounds like heresy to me.

Re: Has anyone read Legendlore?

I heard of this really good superhero role-playing game from Green Ronin that works extremely well for a variety of character types which could be adapted to serve the purpose, but I doubt anyone here has heard of it. Because why promote other game systems when we could talk about the most popular ...

Re: Has anyone read Legendlore?

From what I've read, the system was going to basically be an adaptation of D&D 5th edition, and serve more like a sourcebook for a setting where the idea of humans traveling between a modern and fantasy is the major conceit. I think for pulling off a more a Modern Characters in a D&D Settin...
