Re: Heroes in the City of Tomorrow (ooc)

That's too bad. I enjoyed my gorilla, brief as it was. Shoot me a PM if you get something going again!

Re: Heroes in the City of Tomorrow (IC)

Grease Monkey HP: 1 Condition: Bruised Grease Monkey pauses a moment, scratching his chin reflectively and taking in the broken hover tank, the city far below, and the colorfully-clad pilot in his ejection seat above. "Hmm... Perhaps I should have considered my course of action a bit more care...

Re: Heroes in the City of Tomorrow (IC)

Grease Monkey HP: 1 Condition: Bruised Meanwhile, Grease Monkey was feeling, to put it mildly, perturbed. "Alright, I tried to be a nice gorilla. Now it's time to be a bad gorilla..." So saying, Grease Monkey emits a primal yell and starts beating and tearing at the hover craft's hull! OO...

Re: Heroes in the City of Tomorrow (IC)

Grease Monkey HP: 1 Condition: Unhurt, so far! The wild maneuvers of the hover craft throw off Grease Monkey's aim, causing him to scorch some paint rather than burn through the hull. He is caught by surprise, though, as a tooth-rattling surge of electricity arcs across the armored surface! Toughne...

Re: Heroes in the City of Tomorrow (IC)

Grease Monkey HP: 1 Condition: Unhurt Grease Monkey grips the armor plates of the hover tank's hull, and activates his Pulse Blaster in Torch Mode, attempting to slice open a breach in the hull, hopefully allowing him to either enter the craft, or start doing horrible things to its mechanical bits!...

Re: Herolab

I use it myself, and I think it is absolutely worth buying. It's also pretty cheap, as long as you use it for any game but Pathfinder... ;)

Grease Monkey
HP: 1
Condition: Doing his best Slim Pickens impersonation but still unharmed

Athletics check to hold on to Hover Craft, part 2: 1D20+14 = [19]+14 = 33

As the hover craft jinks and rolls, Grease Monkey hangs for dear life!

Grease Monkey HP: 1 Condition: Gravity's a downer, man (but unharmed so far) Athletics check to hold on to Hover Craft: 1D20+14 = [19]+14 = 33 Grease Monkey scrabbles madly at the armored surface of the flying tank. Fortunately, he finds a recessed access coupling, and drives his fingers into it fo...

Re: Heroes in the City of Tomorrow (IC)

Grease Monkey HP: 1 Condition: As yet unharmed As soon as Chill ices the engines, Grease Monkey flings himself into space, swinging toward the hover craft with the intent of latching on with his armored gauntlets. OOC: Charge attack, going All-Out for a +2 bonus to attempt to mitigate the -2 penalt...

Re: Heroes in the City of Tomorrow (IC)

OOC - Not sure if I'm officially up or not, but Electrocutioner is apparently stunned this round, and what is going on on the roof probably won't have much bearing on what is taking place down the stairwell and inside the building. Grease Monkey HP: 1 Condition: Okay so far Grease Monkey tenses, al...

Re: Heroes in the City of Tomorrow (ooc)

Heh, I hope my luck holds! But, that wouldn't match my track record, alas...

So, a question: I think Psistrike has the same basic plan for Chill as I have for Grease Monkey, to Ready an action. However, Grease Monkey has lousy range. How close did the Hover Tank get to make its attack run?

Thanks!

Grease Monkey HP: 1 Condition: (Still) Unharmed Grease Monkey flings up an arm as he is engulfed by a hail of bullets. Toughness: 1D20+12 = [20]+12 = 32 The projectiles spatter off his armor plates like rain. Wincing in anticipation of the damage, Grease Monkey looks down at himself, gobstruck by h...

Re: Heroes in the City of Tomorrow (IC)

Grease Monkey HP: 1 Condition: Unharmed Fear of falling is an ancient emotion, far-predating the primate brain. Grease Monkey can't suppress a grimace of panic as he tumbles into open space. Then he remembers what he built his suit to do. A line shoots out from one armored gauntlet, adhering to the...

Re: Heroes in the City of Tomorrow (ooc)

Again planning ahead, how far away is the hovercraft? My ranged attacks are pretty short-range, at least until I get the PP to make adjustments to the Kinetimorphic Collimator Grid, but it might be worthwhile to snap a shot off at it. If it's too far away, I'll just be trying to Swing back on top of...
