So this upcoming weekend I'm going to a music festival for the entire time (leaving Friday and won't be home until Sunday night), so I won't be doing any posting during that time since I doubt wifi access will be something readily available.
Have fun

Madame Curare is not a sociopath. She’s a psychopath. Harrumph!
POtato,POtatoo....
Now, now, now... there is a difference.

Psychopaths are born that way.

Sociopaths are raised to be that way.

Re: Team Cerberus (OOC)

Bah, it's only because she is "Nice" now, and dodesn't WANT to do such a thing (like a mental block). If her proper personality were to reassert itself, she would find such tricks terribly easy (if a bit hard on the subjects...). Just a theory. I played a magnokinetic who was previously crazy. My p...

Re: FORCE OPs (IC)

Darklight Ryan cursed a little as he wanted to add to the conversation but couldn't do so while in shadow form. The he remembered Jonathan. He wasn't sure how his powers worked exactly, but maybe he could pick something up. If they are going to such great lengths to cover his arrival, then isn't it...

Re: Team Cerberus (OOC)

Yeah, Magneto's power to move all objects is based on manipulating the Earth's magnetic field - at least in the comics.

Re: Team Cerberus (OOC)

I apologize if my comments came of as rude or out of place. It's not an excuse by any means, but I was responding on my phone and was having trouble with who was saying what.

I will do better to track the discussion better in the future.

Re: Team Cerberus (OOC)

I know what the book says, I know what the many rule interpretations were in 2e. Adding Range Perception to an Area attack meant no Reflex savein 2e.

And yes, a Selective Area attack of any kind is ridiculously powerful.

Re: Team Cerberus (OOC)

A Perception Range Area attack in 2e did not get a Dodge save for half. Mind you, I am not talking about Perception Area, but Perception Range. Since Perception Range targeted attacks hit regardless of Defense, it makes sense that Perception Range Area attacks would get no Dodge save to resist. Othe...

Re: Team Cerberus (OOC)

And what about the gun in a holster not being held? it that a disarm as well? If they are in a position to resist, they are going to try and grab the gun to keep it from flying away, the same is if it is in their hands. Okay, since area-burst, they'd roll dodge vs DC20 to see if full effect[10] vs....
