Re: [3E OOC] Toys Will Be Toys

Yeah, I figured the "code" is for use elsewhere, not right where Hope and Cindy are. That's how puzzle adventure games work after all. You often don't find all the pieces in one place.

Re: [3E OOC] Toys Will Be Toys

Oh good, a puzzle! We all know Cindy's great with puzzles. :? Heh. Hope and Cindy both have an average intelligence. They are in fact the least intelligent of the current cast. xD Hope is hoping the smarter students can figure out what the letters are for, and is really just spitballing ideas on th...

Yeah, but carrying humans tends to be awkward. Technically, grab and drag would have put you at half speed. I figured splitting the difference was fair.
Considering grab and drag would have made Hope hindered and half her speed too, yeah, 45ft for a "something in between" seems plenty fair

Re: [3E OOC] Toys Will Be Toys

The pulling her along was more meant as flavor than anything, but I suppose the grab and drag makes sense. Hope's 1 Strength is enough to carry the 88lbs Cindy in any case.

Re: [3e] Welcome to the West End - Recruiting

It was very stiff competition. Fortunately, Patronus' background setup is well suited to joining in at a later date if you need a replacement for a drop-out.

Re: [3E OOC] Toys Will Be Toys

Related to that, I can skip the asynchronicity if most people want... just do it kind of "round by round". It might be best to do this since the asynchronicity is just resulting in people waiting for others so as not to get too far ahead as it is. Although, I am literally only waiting for a C...

Re: [3e] Welcome to the West End - Recruiting

One more day. Excitement mounts. I've never done a wing-type character before. I'm pretty happy with how Patronus turned out. At first, he was shaping up to be a paragon with wings, but I shifted him away from raw stats and punchiness and ended up giving him the various wing effects because I didn't...

At this moment, I am only waiting on Doc for Cindy's post. Well, also, I'll be getting ready for work, so Hope's post will come in a few hours.

Re: [3e] Welcome to the West End - Recruiting

What’s his “trigger” word? Mary had “crazy” Hancock had “asshole” What should we NOT call Patronus, one more time? Huh.....I didn't actually think about it, but that does make for a good potential complication....a trigger word. Something common enough to be used in passing without much thought to ...

Re: [3e] Welcome to the West End - Recruiting

Trying to come up with a different name to less tie him specifically to christianity-based angels. I mean, it was the theme I was sort of going with as it being a more recent incarnation before he became a superhero, but as viable as I feel mine and Bladewind's characters could easily coexist withou...
