Re: Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse

Spider-Verse might be the best Spider-Man movie I've ever seen. It's either this or Spider-Man 2, hard to say. Hoping for a sequel.

Re: Jab’s Builds (Ballz! Tomahawk! Titano! Tobias Whale! Silent Knight!)

People don't talk about it very much, but the only way to hurt someone in a comic book universe is to break their skin. Everything from a boxing glove arrow to the hammer of Thor to a mountain range falling on you is completely harmless, and people just give up fighting after a while so that propert...

Now I wish there was a way to stop an invention, go do other things, and come back to pick up where you left off. I guess it would be overpowered. :(

PHB-only, 4d6 rolls? Sounds interesting. I don't have any solid ideas right now, but I rolled some stats anyway, and I got this. They're above average stats, so I'll probably make a class that needs more than a couple good stats to work well. A paladin or a monk, maybe.

Re: WAIFU WARZ - ANIME TEMPLATES - Mecha Pilot Ready To Launch!

Putting every type of expertise into a single Knowledge skill feels like a really drastic step, and from an emotional (game feel?) standpoint I don't like it at all... but if every expertise skill is part of a mental ability score, then that's what you have to do, and probably what M&M 3e should hav...

Re: WAIFU WARZ - Thoughts on The System - Abilities

Oh boy oh boy, my favorite thing to complain about The core idea of them is to exist as a prepackaged list of traits, a 1-1 purchase with them occasionally being used purely for checks but where buying the component parts would lead to an advantage in the rare tied opposed check. For me, this is ha...

Doctor Mercury Also, Doctor Mercury will notice, during the course of her research into creating the Gill Pills, that the enhanced physiologies of Mustang and Le Petit Hercule will create some stalls in the process. Nothing that can't be surpassed, but it's quite different. Tsk. Frustrating. Makiko...

I am, in fact, still here! If our GM wants to throw any wrinkles at Doctor Mercury back at the lab I'm available for it, but otherwise I'm fine being in the background for a while.

Pistolero HP: 1 Condition: Fine Bernardo Perez leaned against a street light and picked his teeth. He could faintly hear the sounds of someone plink-plinking away at a guitar through the open window of an apartment, but it was hard to focus on with the Devil's Advocates riding around begging for at...

Doctor Mercury

"Too much talking," Maki says abruptly. "This group needs a leader. Pick whoever you want, I will obey them as long as I am paid and have access to your medical files."

Re: Welcome to the West End - Recruiting

Actually, since gangs are an issue in this neighborhood, would a member of a local gang work? About as "white hat" as gangs can get: mostly existing for mutual self-defense for people who can't rely on the police to get involved with them. A single metahuman could be the center of a small-time gang...
