Re: B.A.D. People (M&M 3e-Full)

Huh. I'm honestly kind of surprised to have been picked. Happy! But surprised. It's just that out of all the characters submitted, she's sort of the least "cosmic" of them all, and I was sure it was going to hurt my chances. As Bladewind pointed out, she's the only one who can't travel through space...

Re: Tale of the six Warriors (OOC)

Well, it's not Yahata's best skill, but I feel the most appropriate might just be a straight Fighting check to represent him fending off foes while Soyokaze works. I'll just roll a D20 for now, and add the appropriate bonus based on what Camus agrees on. Soyokaze Aid: 1D20 = [2] = 2 Oof. If I am usi...

Re: Tale of the six Warriors (OOC)

Kuroi has Flight and Insubstantial, so I don't think he needs much help getting in. Of course, once he finds his target, the killing part is where he might need the help. It's ultimately up to all you guys, I'm just giving Yahata's take.

Re: Tale of the six Warriors (OOC)

OOC: Given that there are 4 of you you can split oin groups of 2, or send Kuroi alone and the rest head for the frontline, to protect Soyokaze. Both leaders (Kuroi and Soyokaze) will be making the main rolls, the others can aid. Alright, so I'm suggesting we do the latter. Either way, what would we...

Re: Tale of the Six Warriors

YAHATA HP: 0 War. It was an inevitable truth of the world, and while there those who thought it served only as a harbinger of death and misery, Yahata was schooled enough in the matter to know otherwise. Yes, he knew well the necessity of winning peace by force. Today would be no different. These m...

Re: Tale of the six Warriors (OOC)

Was anyone else having trouble with the forums? I'd be able to view it normally for the most part, but any posts or PMs would take me to a blank screen. Huh. Everything seems good now, and I'm ready to get back into the swing of things; just happy to see I wasn't the only busy one! I'll have a post ...

Re: Tale of the six Warriors (OOC)

Ugh. Went away for a convention for three days, only to come back home to post-con sickness. Sorry for holding things up... again. I can have a post up by tomorrow, but in the meantime, if it helps to keep us moving, here's a Warfare roll. Expertise: Warfare: 1D20+10 = [14]+10 = 24 With Dai Jin's ai...

Would Expertise: Magic be an appropriate enough skill to try and guess why the tengu would be helping Imagawa, if that is in fact what they were doing.
Perhaps not why, but you could discover how could Imagawa enlist the help of tengus.
Good point!

Re: Tale of the Six Warriors

YAHATA HP: 0 In a way, Yahata was jealous of Kuroi; the yokai had done battle with a yokai and slain it on his own. The demigod would have appreciated a similar opportunity to warm-up before the quickly approaching battle was upon them all. "It looks like Nobuyuki owes you his life," Yahata comment...

DARWIN THEN A young woman stopped working the pedals of her bike, letting the grassy slope carry her down towards the sewer entrance. She brushed a few strands of short, black hair from her face before setting the bike on the ground. Approaching the rusty gate built into the circular opening, the t...

Re: [3e] Welcome to the West End - Recruiting

Whew, just got back home and settled not too long ago, and what a pleasant surprise! I was doubting my chances since you could say my submission wasn't really complete, but I'm grateful all the same. I'll have to be sure to look at the other characters more closely by tomorrow.
